I called Joplin's & they sent someone that afternoon. Victor Martinez the service rep came. Victor is Super. He is courteous, friendly and knows his business. He went in the attic and discovered the main drain was clogged. Victor he had to blow it out, and then hook up a vacumn to the drain line under one of our sinks where it drains . Victor spent appx 2 hours cleanding out the drain. No more leaks from the overflow. He also checked the system. All good. I would definitely recommend Joplin's AC and also ask for Victor. I strongly feel that the price they charged me for the R22 refrigerant is way too much, $275 for the first pound and $225 for the succeeding pounds, plus the diagnostic fee. This price is already discounted; the original was higher. I looked up the price online, and the going rate for this refrigerant is $240 for a 5-pound tank. Their service is good, but they charge too much for it.

Amazing service, very professional work and great price…read more For the AC issue, reached toThe Chill Dude. Was easy to schedule. Ezekiel did the inspection for the AC HVAC system. Identified only the things needed for the AC replacement. Two other companies, missed to account for the return ducts and added the cost to install 2 new return ducts to the quote. Ezekiel after the inspection, told no need to any extra inspection. Complete HVAC system replaced and all the old equipment were hauled away. Job finished in 1 day. Ezekiel explained the maintenance of the new unit and gave info about the new AC filter and explained about the new Lennox thermostat. In few days, got an email with information about warranty. They had best finance option, 5 year 0% interest installments, compared to other companies which were offering only 18 months option.
