4 Stars! Fast 24 Plumbing came through for me! While there was a slight delay in responsiveness late on a weekend night, their quick initial reply to my Yelp inquiry and the stellar service from their plumber, Dan, made for a great experience. Value - 3.5 They quoted me $195 to fix my bidet issue, which felt like good value for the quality of work and convenience. I'm definitely getting what I'm paying for here. Quality of Work - 4.5 My main reason for calling was being unable to confidently swap a bidet on one of my toilets because the nut leading to the plunger was too tight or stripped. Dan, their plumber, was a friendly guy who arrived right on time, even calling about 20 minutes prior to verify his arrival. He fixed the bidet issue quickly and effectively, even staying a bit to ensure there were no leaks. That's perfection in my book. Service - 4 They had a quick response to my initial Yelp projects inquiry. While they were initially not as responsive to some questions, that was late in the evening on a weekend, which is understandable. Dan's punctuality, proactive communication, and friendly demeanor, combined with his thorough work, make the service here good. read more
