Worst place to get your brows done. The middle eastern lady basically chipped off my brows after I explained and told her DO NOT trim my brows please do not take any off only clean up. I've been coming here for quite some time now and the owner is SO sweet! Actually, all of the staff are very nice. I walk-in and usually only have to wait 5-10 mins depending on how busy they are and how many staff there is. I come here to get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded and always leave here pleased. I don't even know from where to start I used to have a very thick and beautiful brows until I started going to this place .. the manager or the store owner wife told me she's the best at her job and I trusted her and she totally ruined my eyebrows I left with a thin eyebrow and not iqual also and when i told her she ruined them she tried to cover it with some eyebrows pencil .. and I said fine I'll manage this time I went the second time and there was one girl only with the owner I asked her do u know how to fix them and can i trust you .. she responded definitely I've been here a while so you will be happy with the results I sit and she started working on my eyebrows After she is done i was shocked It was total desastre they were thin they weren't iqual and she ruined them and doesn't know how to fix them anymore because there was no hair left The honor came to me and this is when i was even more shocked.. he told me she's new and still training And to make it up for me I don't have to pay anything this time I got mad and I told him she lied to me and I deserve to know she's training before I fully trust her or let her do my eyebrows but he didn't care at all neither did she because the damage is already done I left this horrible place and I never went back there because they're the worst ever .. read more

I went and got a henna tattoo it faded by the next day by end of week it was gone I called 3 times the last time the lady called me back saying I waited to long and they couldn't do anything when I got it there was no after instructions give or if anything happened to call back or come in she was rude about it telling me it was a natural product so it would fade but it was supposed to last two weeks not less then a week and for 65.00 dollars was a waste she told me email pictures of the tattoo I did and have not received any response almost a month don't waste your money here not worth it they suck read more

Any other time I'm satisfied but TODAY, I waited on Amy she stated she'll be 20 minutes (@ noon, which was fine) I was the only one in there so 20 minutes was ok. I waited til 1pm (thinking 20 minutes right?) 1p she said next costumer, I proceeded to get up and she allows someone that left and came back after me & 3 others are already waiting on her (remind you NO ONE WAS IN THERE WHEN I WALKED IN, for her). From my understanding there's no appointments made. We just write our name & what time we came in. I've been a regular customer at fashion brow for 6 months now, a lot of times it's a hit or miss if your eyebrows turn out. But it's very affordable, so I go. I waited 40 minutes today to have my eyebrows waxed. When I get to the chair, I'm informed that another employee has the wax in the back for another customer. I was asked by this blonde girl to wait another 15 minutes to get the wax from the other girl. On top of that, During my 40 minute wait, I even told the blonde girl I'm getting WAXING done today. After asking me if I wanted to stay 15 more minutes, I replied "no thank you, I already waited a long time" the blonde girl said "ok. Sorry." And went back to her business. I wasted 45 minutes here to get absolutely NOTHING done. I'm sorry, but fashion brow offers waxing services and only has ONE pot of WAX?! This brow bar is so unprofessional, unorganized, and poorly stocked with products and unprepared for guests. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I highly recommend the WAX ROOM off of E Riverside blvd. don't waste your time here to save a few bucks. read more

Ladies know-- eyes are windows to the soul and you need excellent drape (ie eyebrows!) I have always loved getting my eyebrows threaded (prefer over waxing) as it gets exact shaping and don't have to worry about taking off eyebrows accidentally. There hasn't been threading in Rockford until now! Sveda is an expert threader- she will work with you to find the best shape for your face and takes her time (despite the long lines). She also does eyebrow tinting. Once she is done whisking away unwanted hair she will put cooling and calming lotion on. Threading (for those of you who don't know) will remove unwanted hair in your face in an almost pain free way (depends on your pain tolerance) using thread. It's very sterile/hygenic. She did my eyebrows for $10 and if you get 8 then the 9th is free! She also does full facials, Lash extensions, Eyebrow tinting with organic products, and Henna tattoos! This place is great for my eyebrow needs. I don't come very often anymore but when I do I'm always satisfied. The prices are kind of high for tinting but it's still a great place to go. Walk ins welcome, affordable brow threading. It's painful, but can be less painful depending on who you see. I typically have skin irritation and bumps for a few days following threading. I can't say who is better, as no one has ever introduced themselves to me. Some constructive criticism for the business: I recommend this business always has someone at the front desk greeting customers and letting them know if they should be seated to wait or if they can be seen. I usually walk in and no one is there. It's a bit confusing if you've never been there before. Now I know that they expect me to have a seat on their waiting bench and just know what order customers are in waiting to be seen. It's a bit unprofessional in my opinion. read more

I've been here a couple times before to get Henna tattoos done and to get my brows done. I usually had the lady who used to do the Henna tattoos do my brows and they were always fantastic afterwards. Like I could feel myself after getting my eyebrows done. Today I received the worst service ever. I wanted my brows cleaned up and some eyelash extensions put on. The girl who did my brows made them so uneven. My right eyebrow is completely different from my left one. My right arch is higher than my left one. My left brow is thicker than my right one. And it looks like I took a razor to my right eyebrow and shaved the inner part of it off. Then when it came to my lashes, the right one looked okay I guess. But then when she went to the left one on, the glue wasn't tacky enough and SHE BLEW ON THE GLUE! THAT'S SO UNSANITARY! Then when she put the left one on, it wasn't on properly and it made my eye glue shut. I've honestly never been so dissatisfied with the services I got at Fashion Brow today in my life. read more

Viviana was nice but inexperienced. I came in on Friday and waited about 1 hour for services. They really need more technicians. She threads so gentle and lightly that there is no reason precision. The hair is gone but the top part of the brow is not straight rounded angles. Stray hairs were left and both brows didn't match. Again she was nice but needs more experience. read more

I am a little disappointed i got my eyelash clusters don't on Sunday and they are falling off already on Tuesday I had gone into there new location in Machesney park and raise the price $5 more dollars they shouldn't say they last 2-3 week . I now drive from St. Louis to have Sevda or Linda do my brows! This is the BEST place in town. Seriously, go get your brows threaded!!!!

The threading they do is great. The problem is the wait. I sat there for almost a half hour yesterday, left, came back a half hour later, and they were still working on some of the same people. An hour to get a simple eyebrow thread is unacceptable. One other time it was at lease a 40 minute wait. I think they should have dedicated people just for threading because that's fairly quick, and some just for the extra services like lashes. It would have taken less time to drive all the way to the mall to get the service done. read more

Best place for eyebrows, however, make sure to get them done by the owner her name is Sevda. It can be tricky to get the owner to be available at times but if you call ahead of time and leave your contact information she will call you within a couple of days to schedule you in right away. read more
