This place is great! I grew up getting my brows waxed but threading feels a lot more hygienic. Each time I visit I end up with someone new and hv had a great experience each time. This is my preferred location between the two Brow Boutiques in town. The wait is usually under ten minutes and it takes about five minutes for my brows. The process is pretty simple - sign in on the notebook, put what service you need, and wait your turn. When you get to your chair you'll lean back, hold the skin above and below your eyebrow taut, and let your threader do their thing. You'll be offered aloe after for irritation and they may try to sell you on brow powder to shade/fill in your brows. The threading itself is a unique feeling. I am pretty sensitive so my eyes water like crazy and sometimes my nose runs, but I surprisingly have little redness and the smarting stops pretty quickly, within half an hour at the longest. My brows have come out even and they follow my natural shape - they look very natural, just better. Communication can be a little awkward - in general the threaders are a bit short and discourage anything but yes or no answers to questions. I've also encountered different shorthand between different people - for example, my last threader said "leave it" and I thought that meant to continue holding my eye while she repositioned, but she actually meant put my hands down. You always just get the next person with an open chair so you don't really build a rapport with any one employee. Parking is super easy, I've never seen the lot even half full. Eyebrows are $12 and I leave $3 for tip to make it an even $15. I should probably go more often (it'd probably hurt less) but you can be assured it's a quick process even if you let your brows grow wild for months. read more

I used to go here all the time, and it was okay. Never super thrilled with my experience - employees are very cold and snotty. But they did an okay job at my eyebrows. I quit going here for about a year, started going to the place in East Towne (which I very much recommend). However, I started a job that is very close to the brow boutique on odana. So I gave it another shot. I wish I hadn't. I'm super unhappy with how my brows turned out. All I wanted was for her to clean them up and help the arch out a little bit. Ashu is amazing. I just got my 1 month follow up from my microblading appt last month. They look amazing. I went in to get my brows threaded. It was kind of early on a Saturday, before lunch maybe around 11:00. All the seats were full but within 1 or 2 minutes I was already in a chair. The woman that did my brows was quick and very friendly and did a great job. My brows looked great! They seemed accepting of trans (i didn't phase her at all) also. It went something like this .... Her: "hold here like this, top and bottom" *a minute later turns head, ... adjusts head position again*, "remove hands out of way" Then she did the other side, then put a little aloe gel on, then we were done. Was about 5 minutes, in and out a total of less than 10. I do not live in the area but I think Ill make this place a stop whenever I am in town from now on! I love this place. It's bright and clean. The staff are all darlings, several call me "dear". They get me in and out quickly and do a great job shaping my brows. I prefer threading to waxing. I find I get less redness than with waxing and the redness I do get goes away faster. I won't lie, the first time I had it done it HURT...almost as much as the first time you get waxed, but with routine upkeep there's much less pain, and as I mentioned, less redness than with waxing. I also like that they have an actual store. I know there are places in the mall that do threading but they are at kiosks in the walkways, busy with pedestrian traffic. I have been coming for a while now for my brows and have gotten my upper lip done a few time but that hurts like crazy. Much better then waxing. And all the women are very nice. However, recently I have had some inconsistencies with different threaders. Its not like they do a bad job its just not done how I like, even though I explain at the beginning how I want them done. It also depends on the person I get but a few times it has also taken forever and then I look at my brows and I'm like what did you do for all that time? Sometimes I go during my lunch break so that's the only reason I get slightly annoyed . Others don't take nearly as long and can be very quick and still look great. Overall I really like the place and maybe I need to remember who does my brows how I like and get the their schedule. But I definitely take threading over waxing any day. read more

I found this place simply by driving by. I usually get my eyebrows waxed but decided to try threading. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it was relatively painless compared to waxing, although it took a little longer to finish. I was impressed with how fast the service was (I didn't have an appointment, just walked in with a few others ahead of me) and how cheap it was. Only been here once since Ashu opened this new business. She now has a few other people also doing threading, though as far as I could see there was only one other person there when I went. The space is really nice, lots of windows, several chairs (probably at least 6), and it looks like a proper salon. There's a nice waiting area too. The hours are better for those who work, and it's always walk-in as opposed to by appointment. I would rather it be by appointment, but there is a sign-in sheet for when you get there. Since there are more people threading, the wait should be pretty short. Ashu was not around when I went there for the first time last week, but the new girl (I can't remember her name) did a decent job with my eyebrows. This place is great. It's inexpensive and you are in and out in like 10-15 min max. I've had many of the different ladies and each time I had a good experience. The longest I've ever waited even on a weekend is about 5 min. My only mixed experience was when I had my brows colored and they came out a bit darker than I expected. They looked good, just darker than I envisioned. Now I know to ask for a shorter time for the dye. All in all: recommend very highly!! read more

Been to the old location once and the new location twice so far, and as of June 2013 brows are $12. The new location is nice -- easy to find, more open space with multiple chairs, waiting area with magazines/tv, and plenty of parking. On both visits to the new location (noonish and 5ish on a Wednesday and Thursday) there was one threadist. I didn't catch her name, but I went the first time bc the Brow Boutique was conveniently nearby. She did a great job tidying up my brows and now I'm happy to be a returning customer here. The longer hours and walk-in policy seem to work well, at least at the times I went. There were 1-2 people before and after me both times, but the wait wasn't long -- you sign in when you arrive and that's the order you're called. Also I've been offered anything from toner to baby powder after threading at different places. They use aloe here. read more

It's either a hit or a miss whenever I go here to get my brows threaded. When I first went here, I had gotten a lady that did really good on my brows (didn't get her name). The rest of the ladies are ok. I went in yesterday and I just had this feeling that this lady wasn't going to do good on my brows. And sure was I right! One eyebrow arch was sooo bad.
