I have had lash extensions several times in the past. This is the first time I did UV lashes. They are so light... I can't even feel that they are there. No change in my daily cleansing routine. Love the way they turned out. By far the best experience I have ever had. Taylor is extremely knowledgeable and explains what she is doing step by step. OMG! Madison is a godsend. I came in today with eyelash extensions done by some other place. They were HORRIBLE. Already looking sparse after a week. They didn't match my eyelashes at all! I explained all of what I was upset about and Madison went through some recommendations for me and recommended getting a hybrid refill. I had originally come in for a classic refill. She said it wouldn't be any price difference for this time. I'll assume she felt pity for my eyelashes lol. They couldn't have come out any more beautiful, natural and full! I have had extensions dozens of times in the last seven years and have never had to have them removed, but did have to remove the ones I received at Glimpse this week. I had a severe reaction to the extensions with redness that then turned into severe swelling, itching, burning and oozing discharge. When I scheduled my appointment and when I arrived, I was very clear in explaining that I was sensitive to extensions and needed them applied two millimeters away from my lash line. I went to a different lash studio to have them removed, and was told by the esthetician removing the lashes that far too much glue was used and the lashes were placed directly on my lash line, with multiple lashes placed on one lash, which is what may have caused this reaction. It appears that my request was ignored and twice as much glue as was necessary was used. I awoke in the middle of the night just barely, before my first international business trip in the morning, because of itching and discharge that persists even after the lashes have been removed. In fact, so much glue was used that my eyes are were still stuck together when I woke up, even with the lashes removed. My eyelids are so incredibly swollen that I look nothing like myself. My confidence is destroyed going into a high stakes work trip because of the way I look. read more

Once you walk in you can tell they really care about their clients. I have gotten my lashes done from multiple establishments, and this was by far the most comfortable session, with the following perks: -They have oversized comfy chairs, soothing music, and warm fuzzy blankets with a bottle of water waiting for each client. -Kaley was attentive and knowledgeable of her craft. -they use gel pads that are far more comfortable than taping lower lashes down, despite being annoying for the stylist to have to keep readjusting them. Another sign that they highly value clients comfort - Kaley was diligent with taking time to utilize the fan in order to prevent my eyes from watering and affecting the quality of the lash glue, instead of trying to rush through it - pricing is competitive, essentially the same as I've paid for other sessions but with a far more comfortable experience -And the lashes turned out beautifully!!! My first experience at GlimpseLash was absolutely fantastic! It is a relaxing, spa-like environment, and super clean. The owner Angie was so friendly from the moment I walked in, and even followed up with me a couple days later to ask how I liked my new lashes. Fawn was my eyelash technician. She was so sweet and easy to talk to, and did an excellent job! I received a "Thank You" note from Fawn in the mail a couple days later, which is such a nice touch, especially in this day and age. Another plus: the giant chairs that you recline in for your "lash nap" are so comfy. UPDATE: Down to one star. My mind is blown. Wow... just wow. I came here to get a quick brow wax and tint by bri 4 days before a wedding. This was the absolute WORST brow wax and tint ever (I usually go to Ulta & they've always made mine flawless, but I trusted glimpse from lashes prior, so I figured i'd try here b/c I live nearby). My brows were not shaped and she tinted OVER my overgrown brow hairs all over my skin! I looked like a caveman and even cried when I got home. Even into washing my face & exfoliating (which I was told to do by Bri when I called back after realizing what a mess my face was) into the next day. I looked horrible going to work. I had to go to ulta the next day to have them properly re done before I left! I eventually got the owner to call me and I sent in photos and she was soooooo rude to me on the phone. She wasn't listening to what I was saying, interrupting me, telling me to be quiet, and talking to me like a child when I was just explaining why I was upset which any customer would be, and would have the right to be!! She has a lot of nerve to talk to customers like that BEFORE I actually really got mad. I was 110% willing to work this out in a civil manner, but could not stand back and not report this to management. She would not admit that the job was very poorly done when viewing the photos I submitted, and did not have any kind of kindness about the situation especially because I have a wedding to be in this week! She screamed at me that they'd refund me, but honestly keep it because I am not coming around people like that ever again and must be upset about the idea of refunding. By the end, I just had to hang up on her because she was just rude, obnoxious, raising her voice at me, and getting out of control. Unbelievable. I am never coming back here for any services ever again. I used to recommend this place to friends & neighbors but I will be sure to inform them their true attitude towards who puts money into their business & what kind of owner philosophy they really have. read more

First time at glimpse. I've had my lashes done before and it was a two star experience compared to this. Lashes are so light and great material that you cannot even tell they are on. Chairs that you lay in while getting them done are wonderful and so comfortable. They give you a blanket so you can be nice and warm. I've had BriAnna, Kathy, and Brynna. All of them did great and gave me exactly what I was looking for. The only difference was Brynna is a bit more rough with her hands. That probably wouldn't bother most people but my sensitive skin was feeling it. Other than that, she was lovely. If you have sensitive skin like me, go for BriAnna or Kathy. read more
