I asked Rebecca to make sure my hair was all the same length, no layers. I wanted a blunt straight cut, to take the dead ends off, but preserve as much of the length as possible for my upcoming wedding. I thought there's no way any hair stylist can screw this up. Boy was I very wrong. Rebecca combed my hair to the front, eyeballed, and cut. It was strange, so I stopped and asked her how she was going to cut my hair. She told me "I'm not here to give you a lesson on cutting hair, but I'm doing just what you asked." I didn't feel comfortable after what she said, but thought I would give her the benefit of the doubt. Bad idea. The whole time Rebecca cut my hair, she didn't even touch it once with her hands. Just kept combing to the front, eyeballing and cutting with the scissors. I've had enough haircuts to know you should section before cutting, and check and measure with your fingers. After Rebecca cut my hair, I pointed out to to her that the hair in front were at least 1.5 inches longer than the hair in the back (as expected since she combed the hair to the front before cutting), and that it wasn't very even. But she kept saying, "well, that's what you asked for, I gave you want you wanted." After arguing for a few minutes, I gave up and left. I will never come here again.

There was no brow-mapping or consultation prior to the service starting, and the tails of my eyebrows actually ended up forming a second line above my natural brows. The whole service felt rushed and impersonal, and I was stuck with misaligned brows for a year; at least that's all they lasted for.

I called to have Tammy remediate the issue/results and at first she said she would try adding the hairlike strokes (we originally paid for but got DOTS instead) and then changed her mind and said she couldn't do anything at all to fix the problem. People don't just spend $800 for no results and an excuse that we were explained there were follow up appointments, WE DEFINITELY WERE not explained this. She was very warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable. She also didn't make me feel like my request to have thick lashes the first time with her was unreasonable. I am so bummed I neglected to take "before" photos of my lashes! But SO happy with the "after" result. As for the price, it is definitely well worth it. My lash extensions in LA cost $130 for a full set and $85 for refills every 4 weeks. My eyes would itch for a while and I could feel the weight of the lashes, even though it wasn't very thick and long. Lash Loft has very affordable prices but they don't skimp on quality.
