I booked my brow tinting and brow wax appointment a couple weeks ahead of time and had no problem finding a time that worked. When I got to the studio, it was very cozy and inviting. Ellie welcomed me in and had me fill out a short questionnaire for new clients. We talked about what I wanted in terms of shade for my tinting, and she matched that perfectly! My brow wax looks great too, I am so happy with everything. Ellie is so sweet and very professional. I'm beyond excited that I found this place, I'll definitely be back.

This isn't about her; it's about a broken scheduling system. I've suggested redefining new customer to include anyone not seen in 3+ months (since 6 weeks is a full hair growth cycle), but nothing has changed. In the past, the rushed time even left me with residual wax, but I didn't complain. They also raised the price recently and it's now $61 excluding tip. Meanwhile, a competitor I've tried has been on time 100% of the time, so it's clearly possible. The delays here cost me extra parking fees, push back other commitments, and cause anxiety when I can't make work meetings. With no Wi-Fi and terrible reception, I can't even do anything productive while waiting. Time is money. During my last visit on 8/8, I was told Sesha would be 5 minutes late... then 10... then maybe another 5, before being told I should consider another specialist or reschedule. REALLY? EWC cancels my appointment if I'm 5 minutes late, yet doesn't hold itself accountable for being on time. How is that customer-centric?

Nails in general are expensive to maintain now, so expect it to cost at least $60 with tip for gel. These ones will last you for at least 6 weeks tho, so it's worth it in my book! Happy pampering!

Especially when getting nail treatments I am very particular about cleanliness to avoid infections and Cozy Nails & Spa was definitely up to par. Additionally they had cute decorations throughout and always have entertaining shows on in the background. I got a special set done about a month ago for my birthday but this most recent time I was coming in to get it removed and a normal manicure to let my nails breathe. My nail technician was Chia. She was very kind and did a great job checking in with me and making sure she was doing what I wanted. One of my favorite things about Cozy is that every time I have gone, I make an appointment, and they honor that. Lots of other nail spas will take walk ins even with an appointment on the way and you have to wait to get started 30 minutes past your appointment time. This has never been the case for me at Cozy. Chia did a great job and was done within 45 minutes. The total for gel x removal and manicure was $48. In my three months of coming here, Cozy has - been clean - Provided detailed but still quick service - Honored appointments - Had kind and attentive technicians - Never cut my skin/nailbeds - provided service that I was happy with
