Earlier today I was in and while shopping for gifts for my girlfriend I overheard the manager (who later introduced herself as Riley) telling customers how much she has to work and was seemingly complaining to each and every one about her work schedule. I found this to be very off-putting as she was doing it all while next to one of her co-workers and the whole store could hear her too. During this time the co-worker was working very hard and not interacting at all with the situation which I found to be such a better way of speaking with your customers then complaining about working too much and how she was also leaving early cause she had worked too much. Personally I don't think I'd come back here if that manager was still there working a shift as it would be uncomfortable knowing she really didn't want to be there that much. Other than that the store is well maintained, I would just chose to be helped by someone else in the future. read more

A group of 6 women went to Fascinations to get a tour of the merchandise and get our questions answered. Laura, the manager, was our guide and she's FANTASTIC. She knew everything about everything! She adeptly worked with the shy newbie as well as the women who had bought many items from the store in the past. She educated all of us on the various options for toys and other products. She gave awesome recommendations based on our comfort levels and preferences. The store is nicely laid out (much better than in previous years, I'm told...thanks to Laura and the team's merchandising skills). I bought a robe from here about a week ago and it was too big and I went to return it at the other fascinations location in aurora and there store manager unfortunately I didn't get her name accused me of returning things multiple times which I have never done, I have only shopped here once. She also took pictures of my receipt and sent me to the Glendale location where Nicole was the greatest help. She apologized for the other store and helped me she ended up giving me store credit she was great and is the only reason why I would ever shop here again!! Thank you. read more

I love this location, but the staff for the last year has rapidly declined - no one seems to want to do work, everyone is standing around, and everyone seems extremely unfriendly. All aside from one woman - Alice. She is a very kind, attentive person who knows about the products this store sells, and she's so helpful. Every time I've gone in for the last six months, I make sure to find her, and if she isn't there, I leave, because the rest of the staff is incredibly unhelpful. Great store, great selection of everything--from the most basic or vanilla needs to the most outrageous, kinkified stuff you never knew you wanted to try out! My wife and I go every now and then, and have never had a problem, or couldn't find something fun, and you never feel weird in this place cuz it is Big, Well Lit, and everybody else in there is looking for fun stuff too! The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because it IS a little pricey, but for all the stock and square footage, I guess they gotta pad those prices a little. We love it! read more

I shop at this location all of the time and the staff is phenomenal!!! Everyone is super laid back, helpful and has a great sense of humor. I love the selection of everything from toys to movies to clothes to shoes. I shop here frequently and not just for the sexy stuff. Hayley was so personable and laid back that I felt really comfortable looking at products other than clothing for a change. Everyone has always been so helpful and knowledgeable about everything. There is always a wide variety of toys that seem to change slightly, but I always find what I am looking for! The store is always clean and well kept. The employees are not oogling the female customers as most adult store workers do. This store has a sense of class in the work environment and the atmosphere. A friend of a trans employee informed me that their corporate office is forcing trans staff to sell 'transexual porn' that fetishizes trans women and harms the trans community. As a former employment lawyer and member of the trans community, I am appalled. Do better! read more
