This is probably the only adult video/clothing/toy store that doesn't make you feel dirty when you walk into it. It is a very clean and professional store. Its also two levels of adult content. The first level is adult toys/gag gifts/clothing/lube while the second level is mainly the videos/mags/books/ and more personal adult toys... The staff is pretty helpful.. If I had to describe this place I would say it was clean, friendly, and helpful. This is not your average sex shop. The store is well lite with wide isles, there are also multiple levels, it is a good place to go for all your fantasy needs. I have often gone there for specialized condoms and or gear. My girlfriend and I have gone there for outfits and or products of a sexual nature and we never felt unclean or uncomfortable. In fact it is at this shop that we went to buy my girlfriend her first vibrator. This place single handedly reinvented the sex shop for me and my girl friend. If you are into the wilder side of sex, this place just might have it. Whether you are looking for the vanilla or the profane this place is for you. Although I did not see a large amount of leather restraints. I did see a great deal of nipple clamps. Also there did not seem to be a great deal of gags. This particular Fascinations is one of the closer shops to me, and is usually a treat to go to. It's clean, well-lit, and the staff are not know knowledgeable, they are very open and happy to help you find the right product. They do steer you toward the more expensive toys, of course, but they're happy to let you have a look and a feel (with your hands, of course) at what they sell. Very useful when you're looking for a particular kind of vibrator or other toy! Prices are a bit on the high side, and many products can be found for at least a bit, if not significantly ($10-$40) cheaper online. They have also severely cut their movie selection over the past few months and seem to stock almost exclusively heterosexual features now. Again, prices on non-clearance items are a bit high (they sell one particular film for about $12 more than the production company itself, when not on clearance). That said, they do have nice sales on various items, and the friendly and helpful staff definitely provide a comfortable and professional aspect you won't end up getting online. Their rewards program is also nice, especially if you shop there frequently. A lot of people are shy about the stigma of going into a sex shop, but honestly, shopping at Fascinations is only a little more stressful than grocery stopping, and less stressful than waiting in line at the post office. I'd rather go in there with my mother in tow than have to go to the DMV. If you're looking to buy something very expensive, it may be worth checking around online (after a visit to see how the product feels in hand, look over the actual size and features, etc.) because the savings sometimes is worth it. Bear in mind that prices on the Fascinations website are also generally lower, by up to $15 for some vibes. For lubes, lingerie, condoms, and other necessities, however, it's a great place with fantastic selection, where the higher prices are simply what one pays for excellent service and good hours. read more

I called to see if they could help me out and got told they had no way of knowing it was broken and everything is a final sale. Went to check out my purchase with my card. Cashier asked to see my ID, which is standard procedure, and then looked at my debit card. After she charged me I asked about my rewards. She said I had 10 dollars but that the account holder could redeem when he came in. She assumed I wasn't the rewards holder.. I really wish I could have saved the 10 dollars today. So, I went in here a few weeks ago, as I have been frequenting Fascinations for a few months now, to buy fun stuff. I was assisted by Robert, who was super friendly and professional. I usually shop solo, so having another person help me was a change. He spent a lot of time with me making sure I got exactly what I wanted while also being conscientious of my budget. I wish all of my visits were like this one, but unfortunately they have not been. I will not be returning to this location though as most of the other employees are so commission driven, that I don't believe that they are helping me choose products that are really in my best interest. It is unfortunate, because this was the only "sex shop" that I go to, but I'm sure I can find something better elsewhere. read more

The staff is always helpful and friendly and they don't judge, even when you ask potentially embarrassing questions. Good selection and if they don't have it you either don't need it or you have to go to some shady market in Europe to find it. If I had one complaint, it would be that the "gag" stuff (bachelorette party supplies, gag gifts, board games, etc) is up by the toys and the folks just there for gag gifts tend to point and laugh and generally be embarrassed about being in the store. This can be off-putting for those shoppers that had to overcome some personal fears to shop there. Maybe the gag stuff could be put in an area where it is blocked off (like where the dance clothes are on the 1st floor). That way those shoppers just there for a penis-shaped straw or something can be slightly separated from the toy shoppers. read more

I love love love this Fascinations. Elysa, one of the female sales people was so awesome. She kept suggesting and giving lots of good information along with fun facts about the products. She was open and honest and I could tell that she genuinely enjoys where she works. I tried a new product that she suggested and I love it. I didn't get his name, a man probably mid 30's, African American, with a bald head was awesome too! He was very professional with me while also giving me good information. The employees are always super helpful and pleasant when I come in. The store is well lit, well organized, always well stocked. I really enjoy it.
