If I could give a zero star rating a would. I bought stuff here and it ended up being unusable because the product was broken. I called to see if they could help me out and got told they had no way of knowing it was broken and everything is a final sale. I would suggest going else where even going in the store you get treated badly. Bad management and customer service at this location. read more

Went to check out my purchase with my card. Cashier asked to see my ID, which is standard procedure, and then looked at my debit card. After she charged me I asked about my rewards. She said I had 10 dollars but that the account holder could redeem when he came in. She assumed I wasn't the rewards holder.. I really wish I could have saved the 10 dollars today. What bothers me the most is she looked at my ID and card and couldn't figure out it was my account and didn't bother to ask. Lame. read more

So, I went in here a few weeks ago, as I have been frequenting Fascinations for a few months now, to buy fun stuff. I was assisted by Robert, who was super friendly and professional. I usually shop solo, so having another person help me was a change. He spent a lot of time with me making sure I got exactly what I wanted while also being conscientious of my budget. I wish all of my visits were like this one, but unfortunately they have not been. I will not be returning to this location though as most of the other employees are so commission driven, that I don't believe that they are helping me choose products that are really in my best interest. It is unfortunate, because this was the only "sex shop" that I go to, but I'm sure I can find something better elsewhere. read more

The staff is always helpful and friendly and they don't judge, even when you ask potentially embarrassing questions. Good selection and if they don't have it you either don't need it or you have to go to some shady market in Europe to find it. If I had one complaint, it would be that the "gag" stuff (bachelorette party supplies, gag gifts, board games, etc) is up by the toys and the folks just there for gag gifts tend to point and laugh and generally be embarrassed about being in the store. This can be off-putting for those shoppers that had to overcome some personal fears to shop there. Maybe the gag stuff could be put in an area where it is blocked off (like where the dance clothes are on the 1st floor). That way those shoppers just there for a penis-shaped straw or something can be slightly separated from the toy shoppers. read more

I love love love this Fascinations. Elysa, one of the female sales people was so awesome. She kept suggesting and giving lots of good information along with fun facts about the products. She was open and honest and I could tell that she genuinely enjoys where she works. I tried a new product that she suggested and I love it. I didn't get his name, a man probably mid 30's, African American, with a bald head was awesome too! He was very professional with me while also giving me good information. The employees are always super helpful and pleasant when I come in. The store is well lit, well organized, always well stocked. I really enjoy it. I didn't give a 5 star rating because sometimes I receive a little too much attention while shopping. Sometimes I just want to mozy and if I have questions I am more then willing to ask. read more

Now I don't want to say that I've been to a *lot* of 'toy' stores but I'd have to say that I've been to my fair share and Fascinations was BY FAR my favorite store. I was at first a little sketched out that as an out and proud lesbian my sweetie and I were catching some sideways glances from a couple of the other clients but that experience was short lived and definitely the shoppers and NOT the staff. The staff was fun, friendly and helpful. We browsed the downstairs giggling at their 'bdsm' room, the 'sale' rack, the cute cards and t-shirts and trying on a couple of corsets in the GIGANTIC and roomy dressing room. We thought we were done when we spied the upstairs through a HUGE opening in the ceiling? Now how on earth could we have missed THAT! Venturing upstairs we soon found many more toys including an ENTIRE section dedicated solely to the 'dark side' (aka Uranus). And lest I forget to mention there was also a video section AND a library! The cute little preggers lady who helped us out first even went the extra mile to help us compare the sizes on a 'feel-doe' to another comparable brand and when we decided against them both she KEPT ON GOING and looked up a brand for us online that was cheaper and would work better for my sweetie's physique. There was even a cutie pie blushing black boy whom my sweetie couldn't help but tell that he was adorable. In the end we walked out of that store with a bag FULL of goodies, lots of giggles and high raves for the staff and store. WIDE selection, bright and cheery, excellent customer service.
