My wife and I stopped in today to find a toy we could use and share together. The staff was exceptionally helpful and was happy to give us some suggestions. They were both women and were very comfortable with us being a female couple and really helping us find toys we could mutually use. They were not shy and made the entire experience fun and comfortable. This place has a huge selection and is two full floors and of fun and sexy. We appreciated the female staff and how clean the place was. It's clear they focus on cleanliness and that's important to us. It's well lit, not seedy and very inviting. We ended up buying a Womanizer and a double ended toy and we look forward to trying them tonight. Our money was well spent and we feel we got at excellent value. They also have a solid selection of shoes and outfits as well as some movies for purchase. We enjoyed our visit today. read more

Day crew took a call from me and couldn't be bothered. I asked them to verify if a very specific item was in stock and they said yes, TWICE. We drove over an hour to get there to pick up this item and it was not there. When we got there everyone was down stairs, asked if we needed help, I responded NO thank you we know what we are after. I searched around for the product and had staff look for it and they even confirmed none of their stores have it after placing calls. So we continued to look and picked up an expensive wand that we needed for our collection. Once we got home I unboxed it, cleaned and sanitized it and turned it on for a moment and it immediately broke. I called the store and they basically said pound sand, its between you and the manufacturer now. I told them our story and why we were originally there, nobody cared. At this point we may as well shop online rather than our local store after wasting over two hours driving there and back only to be lied too by lazy staff and then buy a bunk item with no offer of a replacement considering we spent time and money on fuel to get there and back rather than shopping online. They said it was a health and safety policy. BS, all the big online retailers will replace items without question, used or not. This item was not used, it was simply washed and sanitized and test ran for about 30 seconds. Still, nobody cared, offered to escalate our issue, offer a discount on another item or any other help even though we had been lied too by staff and wasted time and money driving there. Do yourselves a favor, avoid Fasinations with their garbage policies and shop online. At least these online vendors will replace your items without the BS and without wasting your time and money on gas. read more

Service sucked. Multiple employees working and they were chatting together the entire time. It's a big store and I could've used a little help. I walked to the second floor and no one was even up there. I ended up leaving because I couldn't find what I needed on my own...the employees didn't even say goodbye as I walked out. read more

I have been to my fair share of adult novelty stores or sex shops (not a brag, trust me). These range from classy establishments such as Fascinations and goes all the way to ones that do not even have names. The commonality that I have found in most of them is that the staff has been very polite and helpful. There is already a bit of awkwardness when you walk into an establishment that has floor to ceiling dicks and other stuff you didn't even know existed. I will give Fascinations credit for having their first floor mainly tame lingerie and make you walk up the stairs for the walls of dicks. I have been to this location on a number of occasions and the staff has always been very helpful. They have recommended other products or suggested items that would go well with what I was already purchasing. Always ensuring anything that was battery operated worked and tested it in front of you as returns are not allowed (thank god!). Well for the first time today I had one of the most awkward feeling in a sex shop. Living quite close to Fascinations I had agreed to pick up a candy bra and candy panties for a friend for a bachelorette party. This was probably the most tame purchase I have made there so figured it would be a breeze. I strolled in around 10:45 am (they open at 10 am). Usually I am greeted by someone right away and they have been great at pointing me in the right direction. After standing there for a bit like a deer in headlights I decided I would head upstairs. I was assuming the novelty candy underwear and bra would have been on the first floor with the tamer items. I proceed to walk up the stairs and alas there is someone there that can help me. The cashier was on her phone, which was fine because she immediately looked up and asked if I needed any help. I proceed to ask her for candied underwear and bra, she says if we "have" them they would be over there and proceeds to wave her hand over a quarter of the store. She then goes right back to staring at her phone. She did not offer to help me look or even give me a general direction of where in the sea of inflatable penises I could locate the elusive candied underwear. Or maybe, god forbid she look up in their system to check if they even carried them. After gazing into the plethora of anything you can imagine shaped like a penis for about 30 seconds, I was overwhelmed and left. I ended up finding them at the Adam and Eve store on Santa Fe. They were very helpful and friendly. So if you are looking for something fun and more novelty you might want to call first to ask if they have them and do not assume you will get friendly service all of the time. read more

Staff was so nice but I got issues with price, price wasn't match with the computer. in any place if the same issue happens they give the item with cheapest price, only difference was 5 dollar with 2 prices and I asked for manager she never tried anything to solve the problem she just asked to me "are u gonna buy or not" it wasn't kind, when I ask for solving the problem she just repeat" do you want it or not" it's not how to manage place, anyway 1 star for manager 5+ star for rest of staff because they are super nice any helpful read more

This is a less the 1 star review. I needed some new dance shoes for work so I made my usual trip to the location in Glendale. I come in jolly. I ask the male behind the counter to see this shoe in a 7&8 he says he will b back with my shoe so since he was takin a while I proceeded to walk around the store to find an outfit. About 15mins later he finally finds me and say they r at the counter. I follow him to the counter as he says I need you to leave you bag with me after I look inside if you wanna buy these an keep shopping. I asked for what he said his manager made a deal with him about it which seemed odd so clearly upset so I asked to speak with a manager. The manager asked what happened and assured me he NEVER made that deal. Next time you guys decide to racially profile someone who doesn't walk around looking like brittney spears all day you shouldn't because that's rude mean and beyond disgusting. I have plenty of money I spend with you guys more often then I should. I will no longer be coming to this store. I will be Calling corporate as well as whatever media outlets I need to so I know nobody else of COLOR has this happen. Side note: Atleast 4 other Caucasian women in pairs were shopping and was NOT harassed or asked to leave your bag up front to continue shopping. read more
