I had a great experience. I was working on a budget, and the manager found me several options for toys that worked within that budget. She showed them to me and turned them on so I could choose which one I liked most. She asked my name and signed me up for rewards and gave me coupons for my next visit. Didn't make me feel embarrassed that I didn't have a lot of money. I came back a week later and she remembered my name! I thought that was really nice and made me feel like she sincerely cared about me as a customer in her store! Will be going back again:) read more

counter lady was rude. she had short brown/pink hair and kinda tall. went in to buy, encouraged us to talk ab things at counter and said "wrong word" and refused to sell to us. she was condescending and made us feel uncomfortable buying products from the store. highly recommend saving your money and shopping else where. read more

The last time I went here years ago, there were back rooms and it wasn't in the best area but service was pretty good. I Just went the other day and it was clean and super organized and the Manager was awesome! She walked me around the store and was super informative, and was really welcoming. She stayed in my price range and wasn't pushy at all. They had a ton of options too:) read more

The customer service is absolutely amazing. Dante was insanely useful in helping me find a good starter kit for me to try anal. Only reason its 4 starts is because its location isnt the greatest but with the police across the street, I felt better. Found this place on yelp, and was the closest...was very easy to find... Apparently had just finished a remodel, I literally could still smell the paint drying... Was very excited to see what this store had to offer but I was kicked out before I got a chance because apparently u can't carry ur 2 year old into the store. You can take your kid into a pot store, a liquor store and all other places that has an age restriction but not a sex store!!!! Wow. They lost a very valuable customer today! read more

The staff is helpful, the selection is thorough, and you can find everything you need at Romantix. Even DVDs for those of you who don't want to download your smut! WOW!! As far as the review from April. I can understand why a 2yo is not allowed in the store. Adult retail is a visual retail outlet and not meant for children. I cannot blame them for not allowing a child in the store. At any rate, you sure did not miss much. Second Romantix store I visited and there will NOT be a 3rd. Again, just like my previous experience, the store clerks are basically worthless. They are simply uneducated and know NOTHING about the products they sell. The lingerie was dated and all trashy cheap stuff. Nothing sexy about it. Meth heads running in and out of the arcade section really makes a girl feel welcome. And again, a stench of nasty smells in various sections of the store. Do yourself a favor and keep walking by this hole. read more

The woman working the register was super friendly and helpful. She opened a package and had me feel the product to demonstrate that it was not what I was looking for. She guided me in the right direction and I am so happy with my purchase! She gave me advice from her own experience, as well.... And thorough information on how to clean and store my purchase. I went there one night and I met the most courteous and friendly guy there. He helped me and my wife find some very useful toys and he also suggested some of this exquisite edible lube that was totally water based, and we had never tried this stuff before but WOW!! That was amazing stuff!! I think his name was Jake, but he was spot on with that stuff,and I really appreciated his knowledge of the products (even in such a small store..) that he is selling and I also felt comfortable and secure in this store (being on Colfax and at night...) Definitely five star service!! I will be back with my wife for more in the future, you guys rock!!! read more

Will never go back to Colfax location. Arcade lights don't work when in a room indicating room in use. Lock the door and after several wiggles or jar on the door it opens. Constantly having to tell one guy to leave for he kept getting the locked door unlocked. The two employees working that night were not friendly and looked very harsh in appearance - worn out and substance influenced. Save yourself the visit and shop on-line. read more

My husband and I went in on Saturday and it was the most AWFUL experience i have ever encountered! the two women that were working where RUDE! we weren't sure what we were walking into since we moved here from out of sate. so, we stared asking question and I have never seen such bad customer service in my life. We asked what was up stairs and the elder lady wouldn't tell me what was up there and i asked if there was a strip club? all she said was there were guys up there! then the younger one tells my husband she works up there. Have some respect and learn some customer service!!! We will never spend a dime in there. read more
