Service was lovely (shoutout to Melvin!), food was quite good (make sure to order rice with your meal unfortunately main courses don't come with it) extremely vegetarian friendly and good cocktails. If you are looking for somewhere that feels lovely, is not too loud and has good staff this is the place to go near the mall.

The main draw of this place is the glitzy presentation of the food. Dry ice, loud popping, table side, etc. to bring the food some flare. If it was all show, I'd be disappointed, but the food was pretty good, too. I'd say this place would be great for birthday celebrations, esp with a bunch of girlfriends for the ooh-ahh factor. Pani puri Garlic naan Prawnstar Can't remember the others, but our least favorite was the rice dish. Otherwise, good food and good service.

Came here for a team celebratory dinner. Didn't really know what to expect but one of our leaders recommended it so we tried it out. I was amazed! Staff was super accommodating for our large party. Half the fun was their presentation. Took a couple videos of them lighting things on fire and pouring chocolate over our pudding. Everything tasted fantastic too. It was fairly pricey so its best for special occasions or to have your company pay for it. ;-) Achari Chicken Taco (5): since I love mexican food (and any mexican fusion with international flavors), I voted for this as a starter. Did not disappoint! delicious! Fire aslam chicken sourdough kulcha (4): It's always fun seeing an open flame at your table. this was somewhat like a naan flatbread with chicken. Pretty good. Pressure cooker mutton curry (4): this was my main dish and the flavor was awesome! Mutton was very tender. My only complaint were that there were a ton of bones. I know its normal for a dish of this type and part of the fun is them releasing the pressure in front of you, but still. Bones aren't as much fun. Sticky toffee pudding (5): Finally we finished with their sticky toffee pudding. I generally only take a couple bites of dessert but I had to eat the whole thing. This was amazing! And again, their presentation of pouring the chocolate was the icing on the cake. Overall, everyone enjoyed the meal and we have a new spot for team celebrations!

An outstanding choice for a team dinner with exceptional food, ambiance, and live presentation. We visited Farzi Cafe in Bellevue for a team dinner, and the experience was impressive from start to finish. The interiors are extremely cozy, stylish, and very well put together, upscale yet comfortable. The hosts gave us a very warm welcome and thoughtfully accommodated our entire group together at one large table, which set the tone for a great evening. We walked to the location, and if I recall correctly, there appeared to be a parking lot nearby. That said, street parking didn't seem particularly easy to find, so planning ahead for parking would be a good idea if you're driving. The food was top-notch, both in flavor and creativity. What truly elevated the experience were the live presentations, which added an extra zing and made the evening interactive and memorable. What we ordered: Live Aloo Chaat: prepared table side; fresh, tangy, and perfectly balanced Peshawari Paneer Tikka: soft, creamy, and well-marinated Guntur Chilli Bao: bold, spicy, and packed with flavor Dal Chawal Arancini: a crispy, creative twist on comfort food Lamb Shank Vindaloo: slow-cooked, rich, and deeply flavorful, served with a stunning presentation Dal Makhani: velvety and indulgent Paneer Lababdar: rich, balanced, satisfying and creamy.Would love it with some naan or just by itself as well. Rice, Tandoori Roti, Ajwain Paratha, and Chicken Kulcha to help indulge with the food on the table. The presentation deserves special mention -- the live aloo chaat preparation added a theatrical touch, and the lamb shank vindaloo arrived in a way that immediately turned heads before delivering big on flavor. Farzi Cafe blends modern Indian cuisine, great hospitality, and an immersive dining experience seamlessly. A fantastic spot for team dinners, celebrations, or a memorable night out in Bellevue. Highly recommended.

I've been the token white guy with large groups of Indian friends who have dined here for big celebrations. We always spend well over $1500 as a group so it's easy to run up a huge bill if you aren't careful. Everyone always enjoys it. I've tried most items on the menu and everything has been excellent. The drinks are great too. Clove in Renton at the Landing is just as good, so if you like Clove you'll like Farzi.

This place was amazing!! I first learned of it through a Yelp Elite event when they opened, except I was out of town and didn't have a chance to try. Since then, I haven't had an occasion to spend extra money on food until this month-- where we celebrated a dating anniversary! We came at lunch time and the restaurant was reasonably busy for that time and given the price point. It was fun to feel out of place (and a nod towards reasonable authenticity/taste) that everyone eating there was South Asian. (A few of them gave us glances of "are they in the right place?", which made me laugh.) My favorite was either the lamb chops or the goat cheese chicken tikka shared plate, and I would 100% order those again. The lamb chops were cooked perfectly tenderly, and the chicken tikka flavor was excellent. I think the pani puri was more showy than yummy, so I would probably not do that one again personally. We also got chicken biryani and paneer lababdar-- both were tasty and there was SO much of it that we had leftovers. I liked them fine enough, but would be excited to try different ones next time. Note that some of the dishes are spicy with no other warning other than the dish should be spicy-- but it's a pretty low-ish level of spice so unless you're sensitive to spiciness it's not really a problem. (The lababdar was the spiciest dish of the ones we got.) I liked the fancy feel with the tasty food! Would come again (for a special occasion, still definitely on the pricier side)!

Farzi is just what Bellevue needed. This restaurant offers a wide selection of modern Indian fusion dishes, and they are all both interesting and beautifully presented. The cocktails are great, with both alcoholic and non alcoholic offerings. Farzi also stays open late, which is a huge plus. Ambiance and music are top notch, as is the decor.

Sticky toffee pudding

We had the Farzi chicken tikka and the Farzi chicken biryani. Both were fantastic, the heat level was perfect, the flavors were amazing. The server Morris was attentive and friendly. The room had palm trees around the walls. We'll be back!

While I was in Seattle, I visited this place and I'd recommend making an appointment ahead of time, it just makes things smoother. I started with the raw mango chaat, which had a fun twist. It was served in an avocado shell and had mashed avocado mixed with all the classic chaat masalas. It was tangy, fresh, and really flavorful, such a creative take on mango chaat. Then I tried the lamb chops, and wow this was absolutely good. Perfectly grilled, juicy, and seasoned just right. I loved every bite. I also had the chicken biryani, which was really okay but not the best! I did try the lamb shank vindaloo too. The lamb itself was cooked well, tender and falling off the bone but I wasn't a big fan of the curry sauce. It was just okay and didn't quite hit the mark for me. The place was actually pretty busy, even on a weeknight, which says a lot. Every dish came out with great presentation, and even the naans were soft and fresh! And the total highlight of the evening were the drinks and dessert which were out of the park! Great presentation and absolutely delicious!

Farzi cafe has truly become our happy place. It's our regular go-to spot and, without a doubt, one of the best places in town for fusion food. There's something incredibly comforting about walking in and being greeted by such warm, friendly staff and it instantly feels like home. Every dish on the menu is a winner, but we still find ourselves coming back again and again for our absolute favorites - dahi ke guchey are pure comfort tangy crisp hung yogurt , the achari mutton tacos are bursting with bold, unforgettable flavors perfect Indo-Mexican affair , and the kheer cannelloni is nothing short of a magical delicacy that will melt in your mouth.. honestly beyond delicious and on another level altogether. What makes Farzi cafe even more special for us , is the experience as a whole with relaxed vibe, the cool breeze, and the pleasant ambiance making it the perfect retreat after a long, tiring day. It's not just a meal; it's a moment of joy, warmth, highly recommended if you are up for something creative where every season is surprisingly delicious with new recipes .

Farzi Café is a full-on performance -- dry ice, bold plating, cocktails that look like potions -- but sadly, the taste didn't quite match the theatre. We ordered a ton of dishes, mostly appetizers, and here's the breakdown: OG Guntur Chicken Bao: Meh. Looked cool, tasted flat. Goat Cheese Chicken Tikka: Actually quite good -- one of the few standouts. Kheema Shepherd's Pie: Not for me. Confused textures, not enough depth. Pani Puri: Visually a total showstopper with that dry ice -- but the actual puri and pani? Sleepy. Pressure Cooker Chicken: Cute concept, but the meat was tough and lacked soul. Lamb Shank Vindaloo: Just saffron, saffron, saffron -- needed acid, spice, something. Cod Entrée: Looked elegant, tasted...nothing. What did shine? My Lychee Fantasy mocktail -- so refreshing and fun. And the rest of the table really enjoyed their Old Fashioned and Khali Peeli cocktails. Farzi definitely delivers on drama -- it's the kind of place you go to be wowed by the look of the food. Just wish the flavor journey lived up to the visual hype.

Fancy downtown Bellevue Indian restaurant. They do a great job with curries & flavors. Pani puri was a no. Spicy curries are good. Friendly service, nice ambiance. Bellevue prices. Great location just outside of bel square.

We have been here for dinner a couple times now, would recommend a reservation for dinner weekends. We loved their Avocado & Mango Chaat, Lacchha Paratha, and Biryani. On one of our visits they had Idiyappam with chicken, we loved that they had it, just wished it had more gravy to eat the Idiyappan.

The menu shows off many colorful fruit flavored carbonated beverages all of which sound delicious. Sometimes its really good and addicting. Other times ive been, ive gotten a few drinks that were flat and very bland flavor as if they skipped adding some of the listed flavors. I dont fully understand why. The concept is simple, they use soda and add a scoop of fruit pulp, a pump or so of syrup, and a sprinkle of dried fruit bits. I could be wrong, but I feel like i noticed they use large bottle of the carbonated drink to pour many drinks, but they go flat over time. Which means some people will get flat drinks. On my last visit i ordered several drinks. One was bland and flat.I tried to get them to remake my flat drink, but they warned me it would still be flat. I insisted as my other drinks we had taste better having more carbonated spark and sweet juicy flavors. They remade it using the same bottle of soda and it was just as flat and bland the second time so I just tossed the drink and sipped on my families drinks that tasted amazing. Idk if i would recommend this location as it seems to be so hit or miss. Maybe just make sure they use fresh soda and also that they give you all the mentioned flavors. Ordering is very simple on the kiosk as you just select your drink and also choose an Adaptogen, which is their version of a health "boost". A few of the Adaptogens are free of cost (I selected the immunity one), but other more premium options will cost a dollar or two extra. According to the staff member, most of the Adaptogens are flavorless. All drinks are $7 each and only come in one size. I've visited on two different occasions and both times, my seltzer was ready in just a couple minutes. + PINEAPPLE BREEZE: A refreshing combination of pineapple purée, passion fruit purée, freeze-dried passion fruit and a thin slice of dried pineapple. Both fruity flavors were balanced; I could taste the bright pineapple and the juicy tropical passion fruit. The seltzer was crisp and perfect to enjoy in the Seattle sun. The freeze-dried passion fruit dissolved over time, strengthening the intensity of its flavor with each sip. + RUBY REFRESHER: This drink included cherry purée in addition to lychee. The menu stated that it also includes coconut, but the employee who helped us said that they have never added coconut to the drink, so I'd suggest that they update the description. Additionally, she said that they were out of the actual lychee fruit which would have otherwise been placed on top, so she substituted with some freeze-dried strawberries. This said, the drink strayed from what was displayed on the menu, but it was still good. The cherry flavor tasted very natural and the lychee flavoring brought a juicy sweetness. With this being located within the Lincoln Food Hall, these seltzers are somewhat of a splurge, but are the perfect addition to round out any meal.

You know, the kind of place where you sit down thinking, "We'll just have one drink," and suddenly it's three tequilas later and you're talking about your childhood dreams. Speaking of tequila... WOW. The tequila selection here is basically a library, and the bartenders are the very enthusiastic librarians. They know everything. My partner and I were lovingly escorted through a full tequila tour before our food even arrived, and honestly? By the time dinner showed up, life was beautiful and all decisions felt correct. Needless to say, we were having an excellent time. The food definitely holds its own too. Everything came out fresh, beautifully plated, and tasting like someone in the kitchen actually cares (which is always a plus). We split a few dishes, including the Carne Asada and the Pescado. The Carne Asada was good, though it could've used just a bit more seasoning, nothing tragic, just a gentle nudge from "good" to "wow." The Pescado, however, was fantastic.
