I have had my 2014 StreetGlide serviced here multiple times with no issues, the staff is friendly and are ready for me when I arrive for my appointment. Obviously with all the vivid issues with parts and logistics it has caused a little liber wait than normal but my review is on the controllable's I was recently in the North location in Sunbury and saw a beautiful 2021 StreetGlide CVO and traded my 2014. The process was great and very smooth. I really enjoyed the celebration they do when you buy, you ring the bell, smoke and music with lights and everyone claps and honks horns. Made an appointment to purchase and test drive a new motorcycle on Friday. Showed up with checkbook ready to make a deal. Tony refused to allow a test drive because I was wearing shorts. If Tony had informed me of his rules to test drive and buy ahead of time, he would have sold the motorcycle. Instead, Tony wasted my time and did not make the sale. I will NEVER return to Farrow HD. I bought my used 1200 sportster here a few years ago ... a very big mistake... it was in the shop almost the whole first year I had it... I will never buy anything at this location again the parts department was descent but it's sad when the whole staff got to know you by name for all of the wrong reasons... the service department supportable went over the bike before it was sold to me, after months of problems. (Oil leaks and break downs) I was told that parts of the bike wasn't even assembled right. After fixing a few things they said there was nothing else they could do and that there was nothing wrong with the bike... yet ive been stranded on the side of the road several times... I still have problems with the bike to this day... this dealership talks the talk but for sure does not walk the walk... as soon as your out the door they don't care... will never buy here again.. read more

MUST READ IF YOU'RE TAKING YOUR BIKE IN FOR SERVICE! My experience with this location was a little different than Christopher's, but like him, I wont be going back. I took my Dyna Super Glide in to have some lighted Harley Davidson mirrors put on. I called first to see if I needed an appointment. I gave them the part number and they said "no problem. Bring it on in and well have them hooked up real quick for $45." When I showed up it was a different story. Now its going to take 1.25 hours ($112) and you need to make an appt for 4 days from now... At this point I wasn't that upset because things happen. They even called to explain the mix up and offered to pay half the labor for causing me a wasted trip. I bring the bike in Saturday afternoon at 14:00 for the appt. I'll skip over all the parts about not telling me anything about any trouble until 17:00 when they closed and told me it wouldn't be done today. What!!!??? This was a 1.25 hour job that turned into a 3 hour job and it still not done? Oh, and now I'm stranded. Real good... real good. They said they would work on it Sunday and give me a call before they close at 17:00. 16:30 rolls around... you think I got a call? Nope! I call them and they said "yep, she's done. I just checked her out and wiped her down." When I show up after closing time due to the lack of a promised call, my bike was sitting outside the service dept and did look great. I walked right past the counter and checked out the lights on the mirrors. They worked. But.... when I turned on the right turn signal, not only did the mirror light not blink, NOTHING DID! As you can imagine, I almost exploded when the guy who was just sitting there watching this happen as he said "oh yeah, he must have crossed a wire because they dont blink." Well, no sh*t! The answer to why I was there picking it up if it wasn't done was "you can leave it here or bring it back and we'll look at it then. He's left for the day." On the "bright side", they did only charge me for half the labor and I took my bike home. I understand that things happen and some are unavoidable, but taking 8 times the amount of time given in the quote, followed by not updating me so I could at least leave and come back, followed again by it not being complete when they told me it was put a real bad taste in my mouth. I will be giving them another chance to fix my mirrors and install my new exhaust. Maybe they were having an off day. We all do. If it is not a 100% better experience, I will have no problem letting everyone know. read more

So I go in and trade in my old bike for newer used street glide. While doing the paperwork the finance guy tell me that the original factory warranty had expired and was really pushing the extended service plan which i declined several times. After doing some more digging I discovered that the original factory warranty had not expired and is still on the bike. Heated? Torqued? How about down right pissed especially after the false camaraderie shown by the sales manager as we were both vets. Shady practices. I would like to add that when i called and talked to the service department about a Stage 2 upgrade they quoted me 8 hours when another dealership quoted me 5-1/2 for the same work. Where to even start, this is the most piss poor managed team out there. From the first time trying to get service and never getting a call back, till a week later me calling them to try again, From being left a voicemail that my bike would be ready shortly to sitting 3 hours waiting for it, to listening to the mechanic bitch cause he had to work on my bike in front of me. To the manager brushing it off as it was my fault I came that early to pick it up. To me saying I'll just take my business to another dealership where his response was "that's fine they are booked till August anyways" he really gives two shits less about customers. Guess they are booked that far ahead because obviously they are doing something right by their customers, did you think of that???? Then having no one to pick me up from dealership so I had to walk home! Then when I come to pick up the bike the 10% (7.00 dollars) they gave me off of my service was a slap in the face. Unfortunately A.D Farrow Harley Davidson is going to hell in a hand basket. So sad as much business as my husband and I have given them over the years. Thank you Centennial Park for living up to your reputation. I specifically told you I wouldn't deal with downtown Farrows dealers because of their run around. All I heard is 'let's run a credit app and see what we can do', as I reminded you several times I hadn't even heard the bike run yet because the battery was dead. So first weekend I can't see the bike downtown because they didn't want to open the door to the warehouse across the street half an hour before closing. The next weekend physically saw the bike after the (not very knowledgeable) salesman, very reluctantly, walked us over to it. Only this time it didn't start because of the battery. The third weekend never heard whether or not it runs, but even with repeated times of asking me to run a credit app, failed to tell me you sold the bike already. I like how they had my number from the very beginning and still never informed me. read more

do your checking prices and everything before you walk in this so-called honest dealership, I went in just to look at a new leather, wife spotted a sporty she fell in love with, I made a big mistake by believing what they told me about the price and history of the bike. they ripped me off so bad that I've been ashamed to tell anyone how much. everything they told me was lies about history and price when I called them on it, they said TOO BAD we can buy it back for $3000 less than what you paid.never will step foot in of the three dealerships again although I bought 8 different Harleys off a.d farrow when al owned the downtown dealership. read more

I recently purchased about $300 in products from this store for my bike that I had actually purchased here as well. Well after looking at the harley parts store and my own receipt I noticed that the Centennial Park actually charged me for higher prices than were listed on Harley's own parts website. I went in to get the price adjusted and they told me "we don't match online prices" I asked even for their own parts website and was then told that the stores have the ability to set their own prices and they won't match prices because "it's to hard to do". So I asked why he was willing to lose $300 instead of adjusting the price and only giving back $20. He then told me if I would have said something before they could of done something (which isn't true because I've asked for price matches before and was denied). What confused me is you could of done it before but not now?! I spent a lot of money on a brand new motorcycle a year ago but after I bought the bike they could care less to do business with me.
