My family and I attended a birthday party at Farelli's Pizza in Lacey this evening, and unfortunately it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences we've had. We've been loyal customers since 2018 and have spent a lot of money supporting this restaurant over the years, which made this experience even more frustrating. The service was noticeably poor from the start. Our waitress rarely checked on our table, and throughout the evening we were never offered drink refills. We had to go out of our way to get attention whenever we needed something. For a large birthday gathering, we expected much better customer service. What really stood out was that a toddler at our table was asked to turn down their tablet. Under normal circumstances that might be understandable, but this was taking place in a restaurant hosting karaoke with loud music and the usual busy restaurant noise. It felt unnecessary and inconsistent given the environment. As long-time customers, we left feeling unwelcome and overlooked. We understand that restaurants have busy nights, but basic customer service, attentiveness, and common sense should still be expected. Sadly, this experience has caused us to reconsider whether we'll be returning in the future. Also talked the manager before we left. She had her arms crossed brushing off our complaints. Behaving like a Karen dressed with a Chola one button around the neck. Very disappointed. read more

Had a great time watching Mariners play. We got there for happy hour. Classic cocktails were only $6 and there were a couple food and other drink specials. I really enjoyed the pizza and fire sticks. I've been going here for a few years now and I really do like the food it's become a bit more expensive overtime but what restaurant hasn't. I have been happy with the service I've received from Emily, she is pleasant and friendly and works hard. She always makes sure I have what I need and checks with me often to make sure I'm doing okay. The ambiance when I am there is nice and quiet, I tend to go later in the evening after dinner rush is over. I would say give it a try. read more

They know the score without looking. The women talk fast and loud and laugh louder. The kids wear jerseys. Little ones who run between tables until their slices come out and silence them with molten cheese and dough. It is a place that feels known. Not just familiar, but earned. You come after Little League games, still in cleats. You come when your team wins, and you come when it doesn't. The drinks are cold, the staff never stops moving, and they never seem to mind. They call you "boss" or "hon" and remember your order even when you've forgotten it yourself. There's a kind of honor in a place like that. It doesn't try to be what it isn't. It's a pizzeria with televisions and beer and a heart that beats like a drum during playoffs. But the pies - they're not lazy. They take the old ways and make them new. A Margherita that's brighter, a Meat Eater's that feels like a dare. It wasn't trying to be the best pizza in the city. It was just the place people came back to, week after week, win or lose. Okay first of all, the audacity to have such tasty food! The pizza (BBQ chicken) was AMAZING, and the star of the show--CRAB RANGOON STIX. Do yourself a favor and get here while those heavenly, delightful morsels exist, they may be seasonal. I went to farelli's, and there was hardly anyone there. It was about 8pm. We ordered rib tips for an appetizer and the were Luke warm. Then the pizza came before we got more rib tips. And we got an old pizza. It was cold as well. If it straight out of a fire brick oven it should have been pipping hot. The excuse was maybe they turned the oven down.. My friend recommended this place to me stating that her and her family love this place and love the great scenery, so i had high expectations and assumed i'd love it as well. We all went together at night, the server that helped us out didn't give her name to us and she seemed to be the only one taking care of the diner area but she had blonde hair and what looked to be short when it's held up by a hair clip. she was great until we received our food she didn't ask if we wanted refills for our drinks or anything of that sort. when my boyfriend asked for another pink lemonade she placed it on the table took the straw from the empty cup and put it inside the refilled one with her bare hand???? it was absolutely disgusting and not okay at all whatever we didn't make it a big deal and just removed the straw out from the drink and placed it on a napkin. after finishing we had coupons that we wanted to use at first there was problem of it not working which we know it isn't her fault for system technology issues, it was her getting frustrated that we came up with ways it could work if we had split the bill. we asked if it worked on the second half of the bill since the first half worked she said it didn't work she walked to the counter brought our receipts and said she needed our cards. we then were confused if the coupon had worked or not so we asked again if it did since she ignored us the first time. She said and i quote "i said it did work" with so much annoyance and hostility she was rude for whatever reason she can come up with. I don't live in washington i wasn't familiar with this restaurant, their app, and service. before leaving we asked if we can get our soda to go and she said sorry we're closed again with churlishness. as we walked out to our vehicle we seen her from the windows delivering another table their drinks. we were going to tip her in cash 20 each from both orders until she did that we got our money and walked out with no hesitation. I live in California and i drove 16 hours to be here eating with my friend enjoying my visit in washington. Everywhere else was so welcoming and friendly compared to the impoliteness I was given here it was disappointing when i was so excited to try something new instead i was left with a bitter taste of the service and how my party was treated. read more

The edges we almost as flat as the center meaning the dough was old or not mixed correctly leaving it thin like cardboard, the sauce was thin and little to no flavor. The toppings were very sparce with the exception of the cheese, with overall it both looking like and tasting like fancy totinos pizza, not good at all. Service was fine, but would not go again. However, We happened to stop in and had an exceptional service and food experience. We tried a few new things on the menu that were amazing. The servers were polite, respectful, and attentive. Went out of my way to visit this location after a friend recommended It to me. We came on a Saturday afternoon and while crowded with patrons there appeared to be only one server working. He was the server and the bartender so he was wearing multiple hats but was doing It well. This location reminds me of a 90s Pizza Hut. It's outdated and straight out a time capsule however but the pizza is good. I do prefer that my vegetables are cooked however this chain seems to cook the pizza and then add the toppings on afterwards... not my style. The cheesy bread is my favorite. Right amount of cheese and flavor. Would go back, but likely do to go. read more

For me, a good pizza has a proportionate amount of toppings on the crust, most pizza places have a 70/30 bread to topping ratio. I don't like that much bread.... Farrelli's in Lacey, is like every other pizza place, toppings are less than what it takes to make a good pizza. we ordered two pizzas, one large (16"), another the next size down and meatballs- to go, $88.00. read more

Farrelli's is super for their awesome "chop" salad and the pizzas are fantastic. It's a family atmosphere, gets noisy during sports season. Their prices just keep going up and up. The service is good but, as I said, if a baseball football or soccer game is going on, it can get loud. read more

We have ordered from Farrelli's Lacey for years. It was one of the first restaurants in our neighborhood. The food is pretty ok. The Mama's salad and the cheesy breadsticks are favorites. This time we ordered and I decided to order a Mule beverage. It wasn't with the order when my husband got home from picking it up. I called and the woman who answered, Amelia, said someone could deliver the drink, I could comeback and get it or they could give me a credit to use next time I come in. I said we don't come in, we order to go and asked if it would cost extra for someone to deliver. She said no, but had to check if anyone could do it. She said everyone was busy and no one was available. My husband said there were only 3 cars in the lot. I said I wanted the $9 for the drink credited back to my card. She said I would have to call back tomorrow!! And ask for the manager. That's just nuts. They should be calling me! I doubt I will order from Farrellis again. Mistakes happen but the restaurant should make it right not the customer have to go out of the way to get a refund. Sheesh! Edited to say I called the manager Kiely this morning and she very quickly refunded my $. She was polite and efficient sending me a receipt by text. read more

We are frequent customers at this location and absolutely recommend! They changed there menu recently which is even better than the amazing food they already had. I highly suggest any of the pizzas, for desert the apple crisp À la mode . If you are with a group the nachos are huge and great for sharing! The chicken wings are great too. Amazing staff and food!
