Not too much smoke either, which I liked. You could taste it, but it didn't take over the sandwich. It was topped with BBQ sauce, mustard and crispy onion straws. I wasn't sure about the mustard at first, but it worked. Added a little tang against the sweeter BBQ sauce without overpowering everything. And of course...the onion straws. Hard to go wrong there. The fries were really crispy and seemed to have a very light coating or batter on them. Whatever they did, it worked. Nothing complicated here. We sat in the enclosed patio style dining room, which had large windows, gorgeous views, and lots of natural light. It felt like you were dining outside while still being indoors. They also have a more intimate indoor dining room with low lighting and a cozy ambiance. One of the coolest features is the open kitchen, where you can watch the chefs prepare food.
