The only good thing about this farmer boy was the food, as that was the usual great quality. The bad? Well to start, only one cashier working at first, so many of us were stuck behind a family of six. I finally had someone else help me out ten minutes after standing around. Next, after I ordered, a group of two ladies ordered after me. As I was filling up my drink, I heard them order the same thing I did. After about another 10-12 minutes, I thought my food was finally coming out. Nope, it was for the ladies who ordered after me. My food came out about 5 minutes later, and when it did I asked why the ladies received there's first. The response? "They said they ordered first c so that order was there." Cant receipts be verified? Though my burger was good, the fries were very limited. I feel like I got a kids order of fries with no more than ten in the bag. The worst part? I picked the wrong day to go inside and pick up my food. This place was packed out. I don't know if families were coming from or going to a graduation, but it was packed with graduates and their families. I just wanted zucchini sticks, so I figured my wait wouldn't be too long. They forgot a few items, didn't give me my drinks, and the wait was longer than expected. That experience had me hesitant to come back. But today completely turned things around. I would have given farmers 5 stars as usual for the Cobb salad but after the shenanigans with the cashier last night they deserve -10. See the receipt attached. I gave the cashier 100.25 order came to 30.23. This little jerk tried to give me 60.00 back and walk away. I called him out on it " You owe me a total of 70.02" this little non counting person knew exactly what he was doing. But he reaches back in his drawer and hands me $9.00. So I advised he needed to grab a calculator and give me another dollar. No emotion what so ever from this kid. He only made a facial expression because he was caught. I am pretty sure he counts his drawer in the evening and tells his manager his 100.00 overage is tips. Cheating people will definitely get caught or in this world hurt. The ratings make sense. for $20 not even a meal because we didn't order a drink, waited in a non moving line for 20 min, then got a nasty attitude from the girl at the window who could hardly speak English and had an annoying squeaky voice ugh. then said girl asked us to park in the front like we didn't already wait. The personnel is professional but had to rate them one star because of price gouging. I ordered an 11. Dollar meal and end up being 16.68 (I included pictures of my receipt for y'all to see). This location is pretty good. drive-thru employees are pretty friendly but then there's some other ones that are not. It's kind of hit-or-miss. The food always comes out hot and taste ok. Used to love farmer boys, but heres my past experiences, the burgers have changed....smaller buns, different buns. Smaller patties...just not the same. My last visit was today, I will never come back to this location. The drive through is next to a busy street so the noise level prevents the employee from hearing you and from you hearing them repeat your order. When they mess up your order they blame you for ordering wrong. As if I'm unsure how my very picky children eat their food. When you call to talk to the manager Vanessa she is less than apologetic and blames you for her employees mistake.
