Decided to grab a salad from Panera last night and when through the drive thru. The cashier took my number and let me know I have $7 in credit so of course I used it! The ambiance is casual and calm. It also gives bakery vibes and depending on what time you come in you can smell baked goods. I opted for the chicken Caesar salad with chicken. It had chicken, croutons, greens, shaved Parmesan and dressing. The salad had a tangy bright taste with the dressing. The veggies were crisp and fresh. The chicken lacked a little flavor. With my coupon, the salad came to $6. Another amazing salad is the Greek Salad with Chicken. The dressing is amazing! Holy magenta! I came in Wednesday evening at 7:28pm I rushed in because I had to tinkle (tmi). I went straight to the register and asked for the restroom code because recently I've noticed all restaurants or most require a code and having to walk back with a full bladder, would be a mission! MIKA helped me and assured me there was no code. Bathrooms were nice and clean with full toilet paper and toiletries. They supposed to close at 10 PM.I asked for hot coffee and ice coffee the girl me for the coffee, and they didn't have any. Came for cookie dessert and hubby getting his all the sips subscription. This is also the location where I have monthly breakfast with a friend before work. Friendly staff. Tables are widely spread out and not overcrowding. Area kept clean. Pipe in music is not too loud and we can have a conversation without having to yell ! This panera location is pretty consistent and fast. I will say they often run out of their Mac and cheese and the tea section or drink section is never stocked so sometimes you have to ask them to give you the drink. Never had issues with the staff and it's clean inside. The food does lack flavor but I mean it's Panera. This location is consistently clean. They are conveniently off the 210 fwy. If you see Chick-fil-A, you need to keep going. It's past El Pollo Loco, Olive Garden, then next to Norms and the cinema. I have the Panera Bread app, so it's very easy to order online and have rapid pick-up. Food is pretty normal; nothing stands out about Panera Bread here. The dining area is pretty spacious. If I could give this location zero stars, unfortunately I would. I've only had 2 decent experiences in the 15 plus times I've visited in the past few months. I am a Panera regular. I'm talkin daily lol I just love the menu for lunch so I usually order daily. I always pick up thru the drive thru. I recently moved and I'm closer to the rialto renaissance location now so I began using this restaurant for my daily lunch orders. Each time I usually get the same service frm either one of the same 2 girls that work during brunch/lunch time at the drive thru. There has been instances where they argue with me, become aggressive, act passive aggressive, and have acted very unprofessional in the way they respond to me and had taken my order. The last couple times were the worst and I had decided I would drive an extra 15 minutes to another location for my daily orders. I don't understand how management can allow such unprofessionalism on a recurring basis. I understand if someone has a bad day here and there and they take it out on people unknowingly (I mean we're all human) however after I've had bad experience time after time again, I knew these weren't just one offs. The issue comes whenever I ask for extra sauce on the side and a pup cup with my order. The drive thru stuff just cannot fathom accommodating someone with a special request / special order / asking for extras. On my last visit when I decided not to come here anymore I spoke with the manager and he didn't seem to take my complaints seriously at times cutting me off as I was speaking, being unfocused (looking around and not making eye contact with me) and seeming to be in a rush to send me on my way. It seems like they are not willing to make the needed changes for improvement with their staff. As far as the food goes it is usually great and accurate but the staff and customer service gets 0/5 stars. I will avoid this location by all means. The best location by far is the Riverside Ave location 10/10 and I tip as much as I can to show appreciation bc the staff is truly amazing there! read more

So now I'm stuck for an additional 15 minutes in the drive-through without ordering anything. Located near the Cinemark Theater. After watching a movie, we decided to eat here for dinner. There was no line to wait, but we ordered at the kiosk. Frankly, it probably would've been faster if we just went to the counter and ordered. The restaurant was fairly clean. When we arrived, we didn't notice any employees wiping down the tables. When you're done here, you throw away your thrash and put aside your trays, plates and utensils. They're very conscious of the environment and have a separate bin for uneaten food for a combine. We ordered the sandwich and salad because it was still hot outside for soup. My son ordered the pepperoni flatbread. We've eaten at Panera before and enjoy the same good tasting food no matter which restaurant you eat at. We polished off our meals and overall enjoyed our dinner here. Panera generally is always a solid place to eat. We placed a to go order for seven which cost around $70. We waited about twenty minutes and they called our name. The order was right, and everyone enjoyed their food. The smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich was delicious, but the cream of chicken and wild rice soup wasn't that great. Food is good so far. Service when dining in isn't bad since you don't interact much with anyone. Just order on the screen and pick up when it's ready. Drive thru is a different story. There was only one car in front of me, they took like 10 minutes at the intercom. I had a drive thru pick up order, when it was my turn, they told me to wait. I waited for 15 minutes at the intercom without being told anything, I thought they forgot about me and asked if I could order, they told me to wait again. Finally when I told them it was a mobile order, they told me to head to the window. When I got to the window they were trying to charge me again and I had to let them know it was an online order. It was only 5pm and they were out of certain sandwiches, soups and salads? No greens for salads or sandwiches. No avocado too. The menu options were limited. However I was craving a sandwich and soup. I really should have left. The soup I did get was luke warm. It was flavorful but not hot.
