I would come back but perhaps takeout is the way to go.. service was good, the other guest seem to be maybe regulars, which I love to see, But the talking across the room from guest to staff over and over was a bit much for me.. granted all good things but very loud, and it's a small space so it felt echoey. The music was too loud for my liking, although bangers, I wasn't expecting modern music.. but the place is a modern look so it did fit the vibe.. idk I think the experience was just too much for me but like I said the food was good, the place was packed. My partner & I live in Rancho but we like to go to the Cinemark in Rialto. After our movie I looked up restaurants nearby & found this restaurant. I'm Vietnamese so I can tell just by looking at photos if the pho is going to be good or not. The aroma of pho when you first walk in smelled so good. I ordered Pho Tai with added beef balls, my partner ordered just a regular Pho Tai. I asked for a side of white onions with vinegar(put siracha & black pepper on top, grab a little at a time & eat with your pho noodles). I did a taste test of the broth before adding anything & it was perfect! Super authentic pho, very aromatic & flavorful. Workers were very nice & attentive. Don't be surprised if you hear talking from the back that sounds like yelling. This is how Vietnamese people speak to eachother lol. read more

It was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and authentic Vietnamese food. We ordered pho and rice dishes, and everything was delicious. The pho broth was rich, flavorful, and tasted very authentic. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant had a clean and cozy atmosphere. 4 Stars - Solid pho with a few quirks I came into Pho 77 after seeing a lot of mixed reviews, and honestly, I can see both sides. But overall, I had a pretty decent experience. First off, one thing that stood out right away: they removed their closing business hours from the front door (they have opening hours but no closing hours). That's... interesting. Especially since a lot of the existing bad reviews already mention them closing early. Taking down the hours sign doesn't really help their case. It just adds to that "we close whenever we feel like it" energy. Not exactly the best look. Service was okay, nothing crazy. But I have to say, the interaction was unintentionally funny. The gentleman helping us (looked like he was in his mid 40s) was using Gen Z slang like "bet", "my bad" and "I got you" for everything. It caught me off guard, but I can also see how that kind of communication style might not sit well with other customers and could come off as unprofessional depending on who you are. Now for the food... the pho itself was actually solid. The broth is deep, rich, and flavorful with a lot of spices and aromatics. It's definitely different from your typical pho, which might explain why some people don't like it. But if you're open to something a little outside the norm, it hits. Overall, a good spot if you're craving pho and open to something a little different. Not perfect, but definitely worth trying. read more

The environment is wonderful, and the customer service here has always been excellent; I have never encountered an issue before. I really like this place and enjoy their soups and sandwiches. However, today I was very disappointed. I ordered a chicken paw see ew, which is one of my boyfriend's favorites. Instead, I received unseasoned noodles with vegetables and beef. This was supposed to be his lunch for tonight, but he ended up throwing it away and opting to eat mini bagel pizzas instead. I've never had problems at this restaurant before, but it's very disappointing because this was his work lunch, and now he had to buy something from a vending machine. read more

Miscommunication is something that I usually try to avoid. I'll just say this: this used to be my favorite pho place and even Vietnamese spot. Let's just say I left VERY disappointed by the service. I've never left an establishment wanting to leave faster. I asked for tofu in a dish- they gave me chicken and shrimp.... I asked about clarification on two dishes and still was given dishes that were not the ones I had completely had in mind. If a customer asks if a dish is an available, just be happy they're asking as a way of being prepared and acknowledging sometimes they don't have it. When I asked she replied back," I don't know why we always had that." Yeah....i won't be coming back for a while. I'll find another spot. The food was still really good! Wanted to give this place a try because it says they're open till midnight and I always appreciate a restaurant that's stays open late on Fridays. Once I arrived I saw the open sign light lit up and was so excited to get a late night Pho. But walking up to the door, and the inside is dark... Maybe change your hours on Google AND Yelp and OH RIGHT! Probably a good habit to turn off your open sign light before CLOSING! Seems like this place's service and staff has gone downhill from what in the Yelp reviews and just the fact that they can't do these two simple things says a lot about their competence... read more

This has been my local go to spot for when I need a little Pho in my life! What I love the most about this location is that their meat to noodle ratio is extremely satisfying! I have tried other pho spots and I feel like they give more noodles than meats. With Pho 77 you really do get your moneys worth for the meal. Their broth is also very comforting, especially on those cold/windy days. My only gripe is that at times when I want to call in my order before I go the phone line gets stuck on busy and won't let my call go through. Since I usually like to order to go and take it home for my wife and I it makes it easier to just call it in and pick up once ready. Even though at times the calls don't go through when I get there to place my order, they have always been able to take my order and get my food ready with fast turn around, which I greatly appreciate. read more

This is my first Viet place that i've ever had in rialto and it did the job! I ordered the beef pho and it came with a generous portion. The staff and food prep time was great and super fast! The inside was very cold and got busy later into the lunch time. I went on a saturday. We also ordered the house flat noodle. I feel like both of the dishes could've had a bolder flavor in general. The prices were pretty good, so that's a plus! I wouldn't probably crave to come back unless I didn't know any other viet places. read more

The interior is nice, clean, and modest. The service was amazing, the food not so much. I'm not sure if they reuse the pho water or if it's not 'clean' but it has that tap water taste that makes the noodles and soup taste entirely different (or different use of seasoning??) but the broth was definitely questionable. My issue was only the food, I definitely was disappointed but everyone's taste buds are different so I was trying to keep an open mind... but everything tasted uncooked, and the quality of the food tasted cheap, like the chicken. Small intimate dining spot. Went today and it was completely packed. But we did not wait long. Even though it was full we got seated fast and our food arrived pretty quick. We got a #1 4 piece egg rolls #13 phò and #56 beef flat noodles. Portions are not bad. I can share a bowl with my 6 year old. Flavor is not quite authentic but compared to others around it is decent. Phò is not oily, which I like. Veggies are fresh. We've been coming here for about 4 years and the taste is the same, which is also a good thing. Give it a try. read more

Was sat down at a table. Given a menu and was never attended to after. Two other parties got sat down after us and were asked for drinks and had their orders taken before us. My girlfriend and I sat there waiting at least for our drink order to be taken. Literally waited for over 10-15 minutes. Mind you, we were just a party of two. The two parties after us were 4 people each and were still attended to before us. Didn't make a scene and just walked out. Not worth it, apparently. This was my first time trying pho 77 in Rialto, I came here about Cloud 9 is closed on Tuesday's. Upon entering, we were asked to be seated at the front and I politely asked if it was possible to sit at a booth. The owner told me it was for larger parties but said we can go ahead and sit there. Right off of the bat, the service was already not the best. When ordering, I asked if they put boba in their Vietnamese coffee's. Mind you, it was my first time visiting so I had questions about the menu. The owner then said "Um yeah, I mean...if that's what you want then yeah. I can't guarantee the taste but sure." I then proceeded to just get it without boba because the owner was insinuating that they normally don't do that without saying it. I didn't want to trouble them. Upon ordering, service was a little bit better. The pho broth was very tasteless and it had very minimal flavor. The spring rolls were ok. Right after we got our food, we were completely forgotten about. There was no check in and we had to wave down a server to get the check about 20 minutes after we finished our food. When given the check, it was thrown at us. The check bounced off of the table twice and landed right in front of us. After we were given the check, the owner's demeanor completely changed and he tried being helpful/asking us if we needed anything else. The ambiance and environment is very unwelcoming, the customer service definitely affected my experience here and I will not be returning. I'm not a person who likes to leave bad reviews but if you want better quality pho and better ambiance, go to Lantern in Rancho. read more

Warm friendly welcome. Place clean and organized. Great service. Been here before and food always consistently good. Sweetheart's favorite beef shaken (fillet mignon) had to be on our table. This place has gone downhill in the past 3 years. Service SUCKS...both dine in and take out services. I'm done giving them chances. They try to get you off the phone asap when ordering take out and won't take basic info like a name for the order, I tried clarifying my order and of course they wrote it down wrong. I got to the place and it was a struggle to get them to understand it was a mistake on their part. Dine in is not very welcoming, it seems like their severs are bothered you are there. No drink refills while I was there, the place was not busy. The pho tasted plain as well as the spring rolls & the peanut sauce was watered down and had no flavor. Been coming here for a couple of years now, but stopped a couple of months ago.. this young asian server who had short hair was super rude to me. I came in around lunch time on a Thursday and I asked for rare steak and meatball. He brought out my order and I didn't see my meatball (as I thought) I then told him about it and he decided to grab my spoon and looked for the meatballs then he pointed at my soup and said "look its right there, is there any more problems?" ... through out the whole time I felt very uncomfortable and I felt like he was making faces and rolling his eyes at me also even just laughing in my face. The pho broth is flavorful and the noodles are not over cooked. They give good portion sizes for the price. We also get their fried rice (usually chicken) and that's also good. We like to request it spicy to add flavor, and they're accommodating The place is medium sized so it does get full during lunch and dinner, specially on rainy days. Some days they have a sign in sheet but other times we just make a line outside. The place is clean and the service is usually prompt. Just make sure you check who came after you so they don't skip you when ordering because that happened to us before. Usually they're good about checking who came in what order but when it gets busy they may miss it. read more

We ordered some pho tai "all beef pho soup" and all shrimp spring rolls and we must it's delicious. We are glad we found a much closer place to order pho when weather permits The service however could use a tad improvement. The day we ordered, they were published to open at 10 am, but I'm told that the person who handles the ordering was late, therefore we have to wait, we are early bird people, so I guess next time we will give them some time to be ready for us The food is not bad at all, it's quite good. Ignore the negative reviews I read on yelp... they weren't even about the food. So glad we passed by on our way from camping back to LA. Pho, rice dishes and seafood salad were good. Definitely cheaper than 626 sgv. Surprised how refreshing and great the seafood salad (Vietnamese Lotus Root Salad) was!! Staff were friendly. They are hiring. We passed by on a Sunday late lunch and there was enough staff to serve us, come by 2x to refill water, bring us to go boxes, etc. We got excellent service compare to normal pho places that never refill your water or care...so I'm a bit confused with the complaints of service?
