Ignore the negative reviews I read on yelp... they weren't even about the food. So glad we passed by on our way from camping back to LA. Pho, rice dishes and seafood salad were good. Definitely cheaper than 626 sgv. Surprised how refreshing and great the seafood salad (Vietnamese Lotus Root Salad) was!! Staff were friendly. They are hiring. We passed by on a Sunday late lunch and there was enough staff to serve us, come by 2x to refill water, bring us to go boxes, etc. We got excellent service compare to normal pho places that never refill your water or care...so I'm a bit confused with the complaints of service? We ordered some pho tai "all beef pho soup" and all shrimp spring rolls and we must it's delicious. We are glad we found a much closer place to order pho when weather permits The service however could use a tad improvement. My favorite pho place by far, quick service, chill atmosphere/ ambiance and the best part about it isn't the great prices it's the quality of food. Delicious noodles in not only the pho but other dishes we've tried, spring rolls and the peanut sauce are hearty but refreshing and the banh mi bread is so soft tastes fresh and homemade not to mention any meat you get in it is packed with flavor. 10/10 read more

I know I left a review not too long ago but I have had a pho obsession lately (eating it at least once a week) and have tried many spots around the area and nothing beats Pho 77 for me. This is the only place that actually provides a good amount of limes and jalapeños when I tell them I like my pho sour and spicy. This was our first time here. A family member wanted Pho so we came here while we were out. It was not too busy and had a quiet atmosphere. We were sat and ordered and the food showed up promptly. First, I love the energy when we got greeted in. Sat down right away. I forgot his name but he was such a great server. He knew everyone when they would walk in and super friendly. I always get the #12 it's my go too. It feeds two. My husband gets the combination pan fry noodles. Love the fact that the noodles aren't drenched in the sauce. It's so yummy. So much flavor! Stopped by this place for a late lunch on our way back from Big Bear. We both got the combination pho and the lotus salad with chicken and shrimp to share. The lotus salad was the best lotus salad I've ever had! (Not to say that I've had a whole lot.. hehe, but it was still really good!) It was a little too saucy for both our tastes, but overall flavor was so refreshing. Warning: The combination pho only comes in the large size, and the bowl was bigger than my head. I barely finished half, and took the rest to go. Not only was the serving size generous, but the amount of beef in a single bowl was also very generous. Broth was tasty, but could use a bit more of the beefy pho flavor we're used to from Westminster. But overall food and service was great! This was my first time trying pho 77 in Rialto, I came here about Cloud 9 is closed on Tuesday's. Upon entering, we were asked to be seated at the front and I politely asked if it was possible to sit at a booth. The owner told me it was for larger parties but said we can go ahead and sit there. Right off of the bat, the service was already not the best. When ordering, I asked if they put boba in their Vietnamese coffee's. Mind you, it was my first time visiting so I had questions about the menu. The owner then said "Um yeah, I mean...if that's what you want then yeah. I can't guarantee the taste but sure." I then proceeded to just get it without boba because the owner was insinuating that they normally don't do that without saying it. I didn't want to trouble them. Upon ordering, service was a little bit better. The pho broth was very tasteless and it had very minimal flavor. The spring rolls were ok. Right after we got our food, we were completely forgotten about. There was no check in and we had to wave down a server to get the check about 20 minutes after we finished our food. When given the check, it was thrown at us. The check bounced off of the table twice and landed right in front of us. After we were given the check, the owner's demeanor completely changed and he tried being helpful/asking us if we needed anything else. The ambiance and environment is very unwelcoming, the customer service definitely affected my experience here and I will not be returning. The food was okay, but the service was horrible. I will say it was packed, but that should not compromise the service. After our order was taken no one checked on our table. There was 4 of us and one person was waiting on their food to come out so we all waited so we could eat together, it was at least a 5 minute wait. We then saw the server bring the missing plate out to another table and when the guests said they didn't order it they took it back in the kitchen then came out and gave us the same plate. Then we asked for forks and they said they did not have any because they were all dirty. They didn't even try to wash any to bring out they just told people they weren't available. Since 2 people could not use chopsticks I went up and asked if they had any plastic forks like they give with take out and the two younger employees were so confused by this request for some reason. Then another employee grabbed the plastic forks from the back to give to us. I also ordered two orders of Pho to go with an extra side of meatballs (which I paid for). I then sat back down and we finished our food and waited for the order to be ready. We waited over 30 minutes and when I went up to ask about it they had it ready sitting off on the side for who knows how long. By the time we got home it was cold. I don't know why they wouldn't tell us the to go order was ready or just bring it to the table??? And to top it off we got home I gave the food to my fiance and there was no side of meatballs! 11.19.2025 at 5:30 pm I had entered the restaurant and no one greeted me after waiting there for 10 minutes, then they had proceeded to seat me down on a dirty table, after being seated, I had asked if I could pay before I get my meal so that when I was finished, I can just get up and leave which I do when dining out in restaurants. When I was waiting in line to pay, they had cleaned up my table before my food had even got there and served it to someone else which I had only been there for approximately five minutes. I proceeded to pay and they gave me no utensils to help me put my order to go not chopsticks or anything just a small spoon that they use for the pho. I try never to give bad ratings and always try to be understanding but what they did today was very rude and unprofessional. I will not be coming here again due to my experience. read more

As a Rialto native, Hand downs best pho in town. I ordered the bo kho " beef stew" Usually I have to go to little Saigon for my fix but now that pho 77 is here I can defiantly get my fix here instead of driving out to OC. I order mine with half half noodles. Half egg noodle/half rice noodle for an additional cost but trust me! Totally worth it. Best of both noodle worlds. Had a bbq pork rice plate and was able to add tau hu ky on the side, and the flavors were on point. We also tried the large bowl of pho and the flavors were also fantastic with a ton of meat, not any overload of MSG either. The bo kho was just okay. Service was curt but efficient. The worst service! There were 2 waitresses. They both RARELY outside. The girl has time to talk and laugh with her friends or relatives (i assume because she sat down with them to eat). Asked for the check and she proceeded to clean 2 tables and take out food for other table first THEN give our check. No one was outside when we needed to pay. Each visit has been great, each and every one of the staff were friendly , interior of the restaurant is clean and new , food has been consistent during my prior visits. Hubby had the egg roll , pork and noodles vermicelli . One of our favorite dishes , it's light and filling, the meat had great flavors and the egg rolls were crispy and delicious. I like my soup piping hot , this place served it exactly . The broth is great on its own with out having to squeeze in any extra flavors . This restaurant is located over near the theater past Olive Garden if your coming from the east. We've ordered takeout a couple times and both times have been delicious. They're pretty quick with the food. This time we ordered the shaken tofu and tofu fried rice. The shaken tofu was packed in foil inside of the styrofoam container so the sauce didn't leak everywhere. This was very flavorful. Nice sauce and lots of fresh bell peppers and onions cooked in. The fried rice was good too. My mom ordered a banh mi sandwich last time and said it was meh. There wasn't enough meat in there for her lol. I ordered the lemongrass tofu and that was really good too. I've been coming here for YEARS but my last experience ruined it for me. The new servers are rude and the music is way too loud. I brought my mom and my grandma here last week. Mom ordered the beef stew and when it came she was a little upset because the beef was literally just a small piece of meat attached to huge pieces of chewy fat. My mom has a hard time chewing so we brought it up. She didn't touch the food at all. We asked the server if we can change it and he was arguing with us making faces saying stuff like "next time ask" when we ordered the grilled steak he said "it's more expensive" we didn't care about the price. When he took the plate he literally rolled his eyes. I felt so horrible that my family had to experience that. When we went to pay he said "next time if you can't chew a food or have an allergy let us know because if my boss was here he wouldn't care he'd make you pay for it" I was so heated but I stayed quiet and we left. I'm sad because this was my go to for over 5 years. Some of the staff is nice but this one guy wasn't. I miss the other dude that chatted with us all the time and joked around. Food 6/10, relatively mid (pho and vermicelli), not the most flavorful broth, but not horrible either, just nothing I would be like "mmm this is good", I had more of a " mmm, okay" reaction. Cleanliness 8.5/10, one of the cleanest pho restaurants I've been to in terms of their utensils Service was typical of a pho restaurant. Customer Service was the worse. The manger was our server and was rude and ignore our table when asked for something. There was a mustache hair in the meat and a plastic in my daughter soup when confronted he said it was a shrimp peal when there was no shrimp in it. The waiters were also terrible. DONT GO HERE!!!!
