The grilled cheese bread was too soft....more on the lines, like if it were for a child....and the tomato soup, tasted like Spaghetti O's. On the other hand, the Green Juice smoothie was amazing and the Lemon Drop cookie was great as well. You can get a cookie for .99 cents, when you order a entree and a drink. I won't completely write them off, for the soup and sandwich, because it was others items on the menu, I wouldn't mind going back to try. read more

I'll never understand why all these fast food places have such low ratings. They can't all be bad just sayin. Anyway I go here frequently as this is an easy location to get to being off the 210. I went around 4:00pm. I ordered ahead and picked up my order. I came home and noticed they gave me the wrong order after I already opened the bag. So I called and they were very apologetic and gave me some options and threw in some free pastries. When I went back to get my food she was very nice and I got all my stuff this time. So what I actually ordered was the tomato soup in a bread bowl and Mediterranean veggie sandwich, the spicy chicken sandwich, and the focaccia bread. The soup was good, flavorful and the bread was good. The sandwich was made to my specifications and was perfect. All the food we've ever gotten from here in the last three times at least, has always been good and fresh and tasty. And I've never had a problem before this. I love this place! It is summer which means salad season! The Strawberry one is amazing! This place has become a traffic congestion with their drive thru. The drive thru is a major problem. On the other hand, I was able to enter the restaurant, order my food to go, and exit before the back of the line reached the front. So my advice is to skip the drive thru. The inside is clean and laid out nicely. Even the bathrooms are clean. read more

Came here for lunch after we saw a movie at Cinemark theater across the parking lot .. Thursday 5/2/2019@ 1 pm - lunch with hubby Our first time here and so far I am very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire restaurant. The well cleaned and organized counter at the beverage area. The staff are super friendly from the young lady who took our order to the young man who announced our food was ready to pick up at the counter. the manager on duty Gabriel ( I think that's his name) I witnessed how engaging he was with the other customers . As we were leaving he asked how our food was and bid as a great week and thank us for visiting.. Hubby ordered tomato soup cones with bread- for me it's kinda tart, other than that I think it's good. Would I order it again? No. Tomato soup is not my thing in any restaurant. Hubby and I shared tuna salad on focaccia bread sandwich with a bag of chips. Love it. I usually don't like tuna sandwich ( unless I make it myself) but there sandwich was fresh, light on the mayo and focaccia bread were fresh with fresh tomato, lettuce and onions. I will definitely order this again. I had the green goddess Cobb chicken salad aside of bread with a mixture of kale, arugula, romaine, rodicchio mixture. Placed a Drive Thru Pick up for 2 Avocado toasts, 1 Hot Orange Ginger Tea, a Sliced & Toasted Bagel and 1 Blueberry Lavender Lemonade. Terrible service, usually when you place an order for a Hot Tea, when you pick it up no matter the way you pick up your order, team members will ask what tea you`ll want if the tea bags aren`t already out if picking up in person. However, today the staff disregarded my note added requesting Ginger Orange tea and proceeded to give me Black Tea " because that`s the default" which is untrue bc I`ve come to this same location and others that are drive thru and they`ll ask you at the speaker which tea I`d like. They didn`t even offer to switch it out after admitting they disregarded the note. Besides that, there was No lemonade in my Blueberry Drink nor was my Bagel Sliced & Toasted liked I customized my order to be. This locations service and promptness has went downhill. I thought that I could enter my receipt code into the app for the rewards. WRONG. The receipt isn't valid enough to have a code. I have a guest number, order number, Miguel is the cashier, my order items with chips missing, no utensils, order checked by left blank. No receipt code for my rewards. At bottom of receipt " Accuracy Matters. If your order is not right, please let a manager know." Too late for drive through. Next time Miguel don't work drive thru if you lack customer service and accuracy. read more

Walked in and ordered a loaf of sourdough bread, $7.99! got it home to find it was as dry as an Arizona desert in June. i called and spoke to the manager who was not happy with me for calling in with a complaint and made no effort to even offer an apology or suggest a refund of some kind . This Panera has problems. The drive-through is slow(about 45 mins to go through). The ordering on the website for pick-up states one pick-up time; in the store it's a different reality. It takes much longer to receive your order .They lack adequate manpower to serve the customers . It's not the employees fault they're working as fast as they can, which results in mistakes in the orders ie missing and or wrong orders. read more

Was planning a shopping trip in the immediate area and figured I stop by for breakfast. Time got in the way and in order me to be there to receive breakfast items (ends at 11) I ended up using the online order/rapid pickup option. Thankfully everything went smooth on that end. To be honest I was expecting them to be out of my chocolate chip bagels that I love so much but to my surprise they still had it for order online. I ended up getting an email that confirmed the order for the breakfast sandwich, bagel, & a tea and that was in the rapid pick up area, but when I got there (10 minutes past the pick up time) no orders at all were in the shelf. I told the cashier (who had a poker face) that I was there for an order but didn't didn't see it. She went over to the pickup area and ended up getting it. So, it was ready but not in the place it said it would've been. I ended up trying breakfast for the first time as well as the prickly pear tea. Both I probably wouldn't get again. The sausage, egg, & cheese on brioche was really bland, dry with no flavor and barely warm. The tea did state it was lightly sweetened but it just tasted really REALLY watered down, I ended up adding a lemon but again, probably won't order again. read more

Multiple times I've ordered, multiple times my order has been wrong. First time calling customer service about it because I'm quite fed up. I love this place and I love their chicken noodle group soup and their cinnamon crunch bagel so much. However, im tired of having to drive back upon seeing my order is wrong or missing items. Today I bought a tub (8servings) and I received a small (1serving) cream cheese. Another wrong order. It would be nice if I could get my order correctly without having to check my bag now before leaving and having to walk back in looking like a crazy customer. Today I ordered a Margherita flatbread pizza and a few other things to eat. The pizza had barely and toppings on it. I had my mother take it back to get another one and to show them the mistake and she stated someone said the manager stated that " they have to look like that because they need to cut back on the toppings". What ! We order pizzas from this specific location multiple times and it looked better than this. The pizza is full of crust lol.. they offered to re make the pizza but it would have been extra to make it look like normal. Girl was very pleasant over the intercom. No rush job, ordered the pick 2. Potato soup was delicious (never had potato soup anywhere else) and a salad. Small portions yes but with a cold I didn't want to go in the shop so drive thru was great. I love it having a Panera Bread close to home and not having to go all the way to N Fontana and fight for parking. This one is right by the new theater. Love the open layout at this location. Customer service was on point; friendly and courteous. From the front order desk to the pick up area all employees were outstanding in service. The wait and order and pick up was surprisingly faster than I had anticipated. I ordered the pick two; Spicy Thai & Tuna Salad. The Spicy Thai salad had excellent quality ingredients, fresh, and authentic flavors. Chicken breast moist & tender. The blend of the the Thai Chili Vinaigrette & Peanut sauce, simply delicious. The tuna salad sandwich was simplicity at its best. Old school like mom's with a bougie focaccia twist. I think next time some avocado slices would do it great justice. Great job Panera! read more

My husband I NEVER go to Panera because it's way to expensive for the portions you get. We decided to give this place a shot because we didn't feel like eating anything else and boy was it disappointing. My food came out pretty quickly after ordering but I feel like it's because the place was extremely dead. I grab my food and was on my way when I just had this feeling something was missing. Realized they forgot my drink. After trying to call them I FINALLy got through after 3 try's. Mind you they were SLOW so I don't understand this. Get my drink and drive all the way home AGAIN. Figuring that we paid 30 dollars we would get something decent but no. My husband pulled everything out of the bag and immediately mentioned that our food looks like you get it from an air port. Small portions and unsatisfying. The Mac and cheese is usually my favorite but it was far from that. You could tell it was sitting out for awhile. The half sandwiches were small and they just tossed the baguettes in the bag letting them fend for themselves. Presentation is 2 out of 10 and the taste I would give 0. Got there 5 minutes after my order should have been ready and still had to wait. When I got home, I noticed they didn't give me my pastries (over $5).
