The only reason that I'm not giving it a higher score is because it's a burger joint, albeit a few steps better than most. There were charred strips of unknown things attached to the burger. Despite the fancy box and packaging, there's not much to the burger - plain bun, special sauce, cheese, onion, and pickle. I love farmer boys but this branch is pathetic. We sat in the drive through for 20 minuets Waiting for our food. They got our orders wrong and didn't give us ranch they charged us for. We couldn't even get anyone's attention to try to get our money back so we could leave. When we finally got our food the woman was very rude and didn't even act like waiting 20 minuets for food was out of the ordinary. 10/10 would chose Harry's over this place. Very old building with an old speaker to speak to in the drive in and the lady can't hear you talk. Specially from all the cars driving by. They need to update this place. Also the drive in setting is not ideal because it only fits two cars before ordering and then your stuck on road where all the other cars are passing in the shopping center and your in the way. I don't know what's going on with the entire Farmer Boys franchise, everywhere you go, their quality it's just going down the drain, bad lettuce, over ripe tomatoes, #2 meats, the only thing you can't mess up are the fries and that's because they come frozen in a bag, but the oil in most places taste like recycled oil, you guys cross contaminate the food frying fish, in the same oil you did fries or zucchini's. A lot of items are not available in different establishments like steak and eggs one of your flagship items in the menu is not available in at least 6 restaurants in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. What happened with the original Farmer Boys I remember back in Perris and Anaheim, when they achieved to be the best burger in Southern CA. Now you guys are just another one of the bunch..... To top it off the food was not great. I ordered the egg breakfast with sausage. I got the egg breakfast with bland potatoes and a burger patty! I could not believe this. Guaranteed, you will be waiting in the drive-thru FAR longer than needed. I live near this location so I can attest that the long wait time is normal for them. It makes for a very frustrating visit. I will not be eating here ever again. I came to eat because my sister said she was going to buy me food and we had ordered two Burgers and a salad with my sons kids meal. A girl i belive her name was jessica had brought the teo burgers and set them down without asking whoes they were. I waited for my salad for 20 minutes and I also ordered a kid's meal for my son which did not arrive either I saw the food underneath the lights are on a girl kept looking at it and she wouldn't bother to bring it out or anything the girl was to busy talking to her little friends from work making him a shake or what not like the customer should come first after we ate my sister order three shakes and one of them was literally water it was ice cream and basically like just so water down it was horrible I asked to make a new one in the manager came over saying that oh well they always come out watery like no they don't I've been getting shakes there for years now and it's never come out watery but of course they can say whatever they want. read more

Love Farmer Boys! Their Turkey Bacon melts are delicious, even if they DO make you want to drink 3 gallons of water the next day. Their tuna melts are the best in fastfood that I've ever had and their zucchini is HUGE! I went to this location and ordered a side of fries after I had received my initial order. My initial order was very good, however with my side of fries when I finally got them 15 minutes later they were cold. After I ordered my fries I saw the Cuca put them on the counter however the girl working was just walking around and just ignore them. Three other orders were put on the counter and she grabs them right away and turn them in to the customer. However my fries were still sitting there. When she finally decided to give me my fries they were cold, I asked her for a refund she didn't even care or ask why. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager blamed the fact that they were busy however I mentioned to the manager as well that the girl was just walking around she wasn't doing anything in between delivering orders and the whole time my fries were just sitting there. I definitely would never go back while that girl is working. I have been to this location many times but this was the first time that I had a horrible experience and they did not care anything about customer service. read more
