Today I ordered the all natural burger....one thing for certain it was natural nasty or the cow from which the meat came from had aged and one of the last ones at which ever farm or market they got it from. I was in the drive thru for roughly 20 minutes. I sat at the order spot for 5 minutes waiting for someone to come take my order. I even called out saying hello and asking for someone to take my order with no response. I drove up and waited behind the two cars still in front of me. When I got to the window I told them what happened. They told me I needed to drive around and try to order again. Are you kidding me? When I got in line it was roughly 7 cars ahead of me. Who knows how many were behind me at this point and the manager tells me to drive around again. They need to work on their customer service and fix their equipment. I popped in today because I was on that side of town and had a free cheeseburger offer on my phone. The girl was very pleasant, took my digital coupon, and did not try to sell me extras, just nicely asked if I wanted anything else and I got a drink. The burger was terrific. WARNING!!! Very rude customer service through the drive-thru and argumentative. I came here last night, Friday, June 5th at 11:08 p.m. For reference in case management decides to look at the worksheets to know who I'm referencing. I received no Italian, only ranch dressing which I can't eat because I'm lactose intolerant.
