No stars if I could . I went in there and ordered a farmer burger and said please no onion or tomatoes. Mainly onion cause I'm allergic to them . Well sure enough after getting home and taking a bite and it making my throat swell up and me throwing up, I was upset and took it back . The manger that was there was so rude . I don't eat here, but stopped here to pick up something for my son. I used the drive-through. I waited quite a long time at the window and finally someone opened the window and told me to go park in front of the restaurant, that they would bring my order out to me. I despise having to do this, and avoid places that routinely ask customers to pull out of the drive through and go park. To me, that defeats the entire purpose of going through the drive-through in the first place. I avoid parking stalls in front of establishments because they are too cramped with cars parked on both sides of my vehicle, and this girl was asking me to put myself in that situation. It's hard to back up out of, and I always worry that someone is going to hit my door getting in or out of their car. So, I really wish restaurants would not ask customers to do this. I did not order curbside. I went through the drive-through. I only had 1 menu item that I ordered, and I should have been given it at the drive-through window. As it turns out, the wait for one order was way too long. I expect to wait 5-10 minutes here because they do take longer than most other places....but today it is was unusually long and no apology. read more

I went to Farmer Boys on Main Street and asked for a breakfast burrito with eggs, cheese hashbrown and avocado. I asked for my eggs to be scrambled soft and when I received my burrito my eggs were not scrambled but they were hard and burnt. I took the burrito back in to the store and showed the manager Johnny the burrito and he said they can not make the eggs soft because they are made on the grill. I explained to him that I eat the breakfast burritos from there all the time. He with no regard repeated himself and offered no solution so I asked for my money back and asked to speak to the other female store manager and he gave me a hard time getting her name and information. I get all the way home open it up and they added ham with no Turkey.. i call them the girl that answered was nice she said to come back and I did I go through the line she apologized and as she hands me food back she said the cook had told her he 100% added Turkey not ham and that they look the same... mind you when I was at home and realized it looked like ham I had my boyfriend try it and he said it was ham and not Turkey.. so when she told me that explained that he tried it. I hear the cook in the back say something and like yell basically trying to say I'm a liar and he's not at fault! The food is bomb, just like any Farmer Boys but the girl at the register literally asked all of us if we wanted a combo and the answer was yes, but somehow, I only got a burger and a drink... wheres my fries? When I asked, the manager said that the girl didnt charge me for a combo and she didnt offer to correct their mistake either. Terrible customer service. As we are eating, the people next to us had their order all wrong too and got the same response "she didnt charge you". Clearly there is an issue with how the register person rings up our orders amd records it for the cooks based on what we are requesting. Then there wouldn't be an issue after the fact. This location is sub par compared to others. The food is never consistent. Sometimes it's good and other times its bad. Got a chicken wrap and it had a few pieces of chicken in it, was mostly lettuce. I took it back and the cook actually said it's made correctly and argued with me. I had to open the whole thing in front of him and dig through it in front of customers and he laughed and said someone else made it. Just unprofessional and rude service. I ordered a California BLT combo w/ fries & a coke. I get to the window & they had my order wrong. They had rang it up as a regular BLT. I told the girl again what I wanted & she said ok I will have them put avacado on it. I also asked for a side of ranch. Not even 30 seconds later another girl brings my food to the window & I know there is no way they made it that fast since they had to correct it so I checked & I also asked if the ranch was in the bag. The girl said NO really snotty & closed the window. When she came back with the ranch I told her this is not what I ordered. I didn't want the avacado on the side I want it on the sandwich. She said "Well I didn't hear you" I said you had to of because you repeated the order back to me & it was correct. I asked her to please remake the sandwich since I just paid $12.00 for it. She ripped the bag out of my hand. Was gone less than a minute & practically threw the bag at me. There is no way they remade that sandwich that fast. Our farmer burger had no guacamole and they would not fix it. The server people checked on everyone who was not white and forgot about me who is severely physically handicap. Worst location in the High Desert. I was not satisfied with the service nor the food! I got the daybreak sandwich like I usually do at other locations but this location was just really bad. I got the smallest slice of ham & not even a full egg was there. The bread was really stale too. Not to mention they forgot my fries with the order & came out not looking fresh at all. Stopped in on the way to Vegas for lunch. Ordered 2 Lettuce Wrapped Natural Burgers. We were impressed. There was a lot of lettuce on the outside but I think I like it better that way easier to hang on to. It was the heaviest and juiciest burger I've had at any Farmer Boys. You can almost see through the patties they're so thin at most places. The girl at the front was smart and had people moving quickly. It's a very busy place. She understood what I meant without having to show her a physical description of what I wanted. Even with the changes I asked for we received our order all correct, that's saying something for a fast food place. I don't know if something changed but I wasn't that pleased with my last experience. The service is always great and the locations are always clean. I point this out because FB is always busy so it's a feat that the staff is so friendly after having to deal with people all the time. My chili cheese fries were good and just as I remembered. The bf's burger, on the other hand, left something to be desired. I think the main issue for me is the boring white bun. I know that other fast food places use boring white buns, but there was something about this boring white bun that was so basic. Like, this burger was $7 for a Kroger tasting bun? Hmmmm...
