From the very beginning, communication and scheduling with Michelle and the team was easy and stress-free. Kevin did such a great job training our dog, he really tailored the program to fit her bubbly personality and brought out the best in her. Not only did he teach her, he gave us helpful tips and tricks to keep things going once she came home. We also boarded our dog with them during our honeymoon, and it gave us such peace of mind knowing she was in great hands. We can't thank Kevin and Michelle enough for everything they've done, we are so grateful! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for caring, effective, and personalized training.

Our new pup came home with at least 10 bite marks! Kari texted us, while on vacation, to tell us our dog is aggressive, which was news to us. I think he was defending himself from the wild canines in her care. She said she didn't notice the chunks of fur missing, or know "how that could have happened", because she never saw it. I can't answer that for her. I only know that our dog went into her care without scabs and scratches, and came home with them.

The only reason for stars taken off is because my dog has come back home TWICE with worm related parasite illnesses. When I confronted them, they tried to assure me that the place is cleaned thoroughly. I attempted to let them know how the diseases are transmitted (as I work in veterinary medicine), but they only assured me they cleaned the area. Since there are cameras, it is apparent that they clean at the end of the day, but not fully when a dog pees or poops. This is how they are transmitted. They do not require your dog to be on any prevention either, which could also attribute to it since unfortunately some do not have their animals on prevention. I am so sad because a lot of the employees were so sweet to my girl and she always had a blast! :(
