She mentioned they are pretty much all either made in house, or by local businesses or individuals. Lots of vegan and organic options. Also sounds like they tour places before buying any animal products to just check on humane conditions, which I appreciate (since sometimes I get paralyzed trying to figure out which eggs to buy).
