I scheduled one more appointment with this first stylist only to be told. She had called off again and could not make it before. I finally decided I was gonna not come back to the salon. It's crazy to me that this salon was such a great reputation has let down a new client that way. The girls were professional yet friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I came through the door. Even the other girls getting their hair done seemed to be regulars and went out of their way to rave about how great studio 3 has always been to them. I felt like I was at my best friend's house getting my hair done and it turned out GORGEOUS. I will definitely be recommending the girls at studio 3 and returning in the future.

I'm honestly really disappointed with my experience. I booked an appointment specifically for a…read morebase color AND highlights, and I showed the hairstylist reference pictures of the color and overall look I was wanting. However, my base color was never changed only highlights were added. The highlights also ended up being much more subtle and darker than the reference pictures I showed. I was hoping for noticeable, soft caramel/brown highlights with more dimension throughout my hair, but the finished result looks very close to how my hair looked before. I did tell the stylist that I liked it when I left, but I want to be honest that I only said that because I felt uncomfortable being rude after she had finished my hair. Once I got home and really looked at it, I realized I was genuinely disappointed because it wasn't what I had asked for or expected when I booked the appointment. I understand that hair doesn't always turn out exactly like a reference picture, but I feel like there was a pretty significant difference between what I booked, what I showed, and what I actually received. I was really excited to get my hair done, so it was upsetting to spend the money and leave feeling like my hair barely changed.
