On one hand the tips of my nails were polished but not in the other hand. When I brung it to her attention, she stated she would file the color off however only part of it was filed off, polish was left on my skin and under my nails. My cuticles were aggressively just pushed down, tearing up the base of my nails. In addition, my my pinky and middle finger got snipped and were bleeding a bit and my thumb got cut so bad it took about 10mins before it stopped bleeding enough for the manicure to continue. Four days after, the gel began to lift on 2 fingers and kept snagging on my hair and clothes so I peeled a chunk of gel off of each of those fingers to stop the snagging. They have scaled back on staff (due to COVID and it being winter), so there is almost always a wait, but it's worth it.
