The place was friendly and clean. However when they painted my toes, they used some liquid near my cuticles after it was painted. This made me get a gap hours after I left. My friend had hers done at the same time and they didn't reinforce paint the tip of the nail. So hers started chipping quickly too read more

Great nail place. Kim and her staff are polite, attentive and do great work. I have switched over from my other nail salon because of the great pedis! The massage chairs are relaxing, Kim always offers a water and makes sure that you are happy with the service. Kim has always worked on me and has done a wonderful job. They accept walk-ins, but I recommend making an appointment since they book quickly with walk-ins and scheduled appointments. If anything, call ahead to see how busy they are. read more

This is a very cleanly and friendly salon. They follow all sanitation procedures and for that I will continue to show my support. The shop is understaffed so it takes some patience but the nails and service are worth the patience and wait. Michelle the owner is kind and does a very nice manicure and pedicure. It's relaxing and looks great! she doesn't judge for not coming often and my horrible nails and toes. I will be going more often and I hope our Westminster community supports her business. Very poor quality service. Not only did the nails practically fall off after a couple of days but the actual service of getting my nails done was very bad as well. The nail polish application was poor as well with the design looking bad and ugly too. One employee was incorrectly wearing a face mask and another customer did not have hers on correctly either and nothing was said. After I left i watched the woman who did my nails have another girl come sit to get her nails done where I did without disinfecting any of the prior materials. DO NOT GO HERE. There are so many better nail salons in the area to spend your money on! read more

Kim has been doing my nails for over 9 years. She does an incredible job and I am always receiving compliments. The pedicures are 'to die for'. So relaxing, even in winter it is lovely to have colored toes an smooth feet. My sister and I enjoy our time there. A very big plus, in her trade, she speaks English very well. read more

This was a horrible place to get your nails they try to make you over pay. Every time I go there my nails don't last. They are not worthy of 4 stars. They charge you $5 for every little thing. They told me I would be paying a certain price and and at the end they changed it and they said they added things I didn't even ask for. Don't go here ladies it's not worth your money or your time. You'll be back with a broken nail the next day literally. read more

This salon is an absolute joke since they got new ownership. I came in today for a full set with a very clear photo of the length and shape I wanted. They turned out looking like hooves instead of fingernails. I'll post a picture below. The nail tech was frustrated when I asked him to attempt to fix the nails. He did a half ass job reshaping them. I am so upset. I never get to treat myself to a manicure and then to receive this kind of treatment is absolutely appalling. The nail polish is splotchy and absolutely no effort was used in the polish application. The nails are far too long and far too wide and I asked him multiple times to please make them look close to the picture in shape and length of which I had up and available to him to see the entire time he was doing my nails. HE TRIED TO BLAME MY NAIL SHAPE WHICH IS ALMOST IDENTICAL TO THE WOMAN IN THE PHOTO. I haven't yet tried talking to the manager about it but I'm sure I will have to do another review for that shortly. YOUR TIME AND MONEY ARE NOT VALUED HERE. I offered to pay 1/2 of the cost of nails for the techs time, I even planned on tipping him because i know it's hard work and I appreciate my nail techs. The manager offered NO help and tried to blame my nail shape on how the nails turned out. SHE ARGUED WITH ME for over FIVE minutes. The man who did my nails said to take them off and then I wouldn't be responsible to pay I said okay I'll take them off and I clipped the acrylics off in the salon!!! How disgusting! Poor management is an understatement. If I could give them zero stars I would!!! I left the clippings of the terrible acrylics on the table! Goodbye "queen" nails, maybe learn some customer service and management skills! read more

For Christmas I got a gift certificate for here for 25$, had never been here before but it was a gift so I wanted to use it, I called on a Tuesday I think, and asked what time they closed and they told me 6 so I arrived at 5 and they said they didn't have time for me, no one else was in there, all I wanted was my nails painted, so I went back the following week, only one lady working and no one in there, my shellac came out good but most likely wont return to this salon, I do feel bad that they dont get business though read more

Amazing service, bottle of water, clean and most importantly my nails look good. I'm picky about doing it right...when you spend $70 on a mani/pedi and they speed through it, it drives me crazy. The work Kim does is quality. She really takes her time and gives you the service you deserve as a paying customer. My recommendation would be to try and go during the week instead of on the weekend when EVERYONE is trying to come through. Don't go with a group of friends because they are low staff. I went in to get a rebase. I don't normally go to Queen Nails but I did this time. Steven was my tech and I am in love with my nails! He was such a perfectionist, they look awesome. I went here one time to get my nails done alone and It could have been better. I asked for black nails with a pink accent nail. Which is what I received until she put a clear coat on and my nails were a shade of purple and blue. And it was one lady the whole time. About a week ago I went to go back with my friend and I who just wanted a rebase, and once again it was one lady. So it would be 45 minutes. Which didn't work because she had work in an hour and a half. I would like to like this place but it's hard. read more

I DO NOT recommend this nail salon to ANYONE! The place to go is Sky Nail on 92nd and Grant. They messed up on my nails twice, cute two of my fingers and kept getting up and going to the back room for like 15 minutes at a time leaving me waiting. It's an awful place to go. read more

She is a professional with a great attitude and always makes you feel special when you come to her salon. She was the first to convince me to do a mani and I have loved it ever since.
