The lady pinned up the slacks to be just to the top of my shoe. When I picked them up and took them home they were 2 inches above my ankle !! When I brought them back to show them the error, they accused me of wearing my slacks on my hips when they were being pinned up !!! I asked "why would I do that??" They (the alteration "expert" and I believe the owner) said "why would we pin them that short? " I think they didn't believe they could admit they made a mistake. They did finally return the cost of shortening. I thought they should pay for my ruined slacks (or at least half the cost, but I didnt get that far to ask) The slacks are not the type of material that could be shorts (they didn't offer) but they did offer to remove the waistband and try to lengthen them. At this point I didn't trust their "skills" to do that. I will take the slacks to another person that has great reviews for their alteration skills.

Place was very clean and didn't smell like a laundromat you might have visited at one time or another. I was impressed right off the bat. They have been here 3 yrs now and the stainless steel washers and dryers look brand new. You can use touch to pay right on the machines and it was easy to use. I got a quick tutorial from an owner or attendant (I apologize I didn't ask as I was in a hurry). $11 to wash and would take 30 mins. My those machines are SO quiet. I was impressed. Only two Costco laundry pods were needed to wash! One of the things I noticed is that they had 3-4 bathrooms with showers - yep you can pay to take a shower. I don't know how much they charge for that but I understand the proximity to the truck repair shop now. Came back later and my comforter was ready to go in the dryer. $3.50 to dry in 15 mins. I paid .50 extra for the dryer to switch rotation every min during the dry time - awesome! Perfect fluff. Again, even the dryers are quiet. I've never heard of this brand of washers and dryers but I am going to call and confirm so I can look them up - impressive. I will definitely use this business for my large load needs in the future! I walked out impressed with a laundromat - who would have thought!

I wouldn't recommend this place if I could have given negative numbers I would have. Oh and if some reason you decide to use this laundromat stay with your laundry at all times because we witnessed a guy taking out someone's bedding only for the lady to come walking in to notice it was missing and she approached the guy there and he said oh it's in my truck I noticed how nice it was and no one seemed to claim it while he did his laundry so he went and put it in his truck. He did give it back but she would have been screwed had he not been honest and said he took it and no we didn't stay we decided to go elsewhere after seeing and hearing what took place. The place is filthy…read more The tops of machines and floors haven't been wiped down in a long time and are a soapy mess. The prices are average. The machines added so little water to my laundry load that they didn't clean properly. On one of the machines I used the liquid fabric softener bin on top was clogged and didn't add to my clothes. Overall, I overpaid for my clothes to get only slightly cleaner and I had to make sure they (my clothes) and myself didn't touch anything butty the inside of the machines.

This place is filthy and makes me wonder just how long it has been since they swept the place much less give it a brief mop. It's so gross here that if I accidentally dropped my washed laundry on the floor while transferring it to the dryer, I'd just burn it and call it a loss. They do dry cleaning, laundry. alterations and fixing rips/tears or affixing buttons on clothes I have brought in. They do an excellent job on everything I have brought them including rather large California King comforters. I always enjoy seeing them and I am genuinely glad when I pickup my dry cleaning because I know I have nothing to worry about. The convenience, service and quality is why I am a patron of this business. I don't know if what they charge is similar or more to other nearby dry cleaners, but I don't care because of my positive experience with them. I highly recommend them!
