Lived here my whole life and have only been here a handful of times and every time was delicious.

Location is perfect and decorative space, close to the house. Food was amazing. Staff is always friendly. Looking forward to going back to try the new location. read more

A bit dirty inside. Greasy menu, dirty chairs and tables and stained napkins, but service is good and the food is very good! Food came out fast and freshly cooked. The crawfish etouffee is full of flavor but not spicy, I've never had an etouffee that was not spicy and this was the best I've had so far. The grilled seafood plate is big and with all kinds of seafood, they look fresh and tasty. The cheese burger is also tasty even it's a simple dish. The beef patty came out piping hot. This place is near Gator Country, which is a nice substitute of the limited cafe menu there. read more

They have a variety of food had a hamburger very good crawfish seasoning was very good at the time. The crawfish were a little smaller.

A lot of pepper on the hamburgers. Even if you ask for no seasoning you will get it loaded with pepper. Last order was not even close to what I ordered. Also, chicken strips had been fried in fish grease and tasted like old fish. read more

I ordered the Shrimp Gumbo and couldn't stand to finish it. It's Asian Style Gumbo not Cajun Roux Gumbo and it shouldn't be considered GUMBO at all! It had a sweet/heat to it that was unappealing in an oily brown gravy style sauce that didn't even smell like gumbo.They use red bell peppers, very thinly sliced sausage and I'm not sure what the black stuff floating was! Who puts sausage in Shrimp Gumbo? The shrimp were an after thought judging by the appearance and flavor. To better explain, I was being up sold to the $7.98 lunch gumbo which comes with an egg roll vs the $5.99 single item in was ordering. The gumbo game with rice and crackers but WHY would anyone eat an egg roll with gumbo is beyond my traditional thinking. Small place and the only "restaurant" in town but its more of an "eating place" since you pay then eat without service. read more

Today I was treated to an early lunch by a sweet friend at Fannett Seafood located on Hwy 365 in Fannett. It is a small restaurant, but their food is excellent and the staff is so nice and welcoming. When we drove up, the parking lot was full of working men trucks. There's your sign. The restaurant was almost full and the staff was busy. They were working so hard to fill orders and accommodate customers. I love watching the many different entrées that come out the kitchen. I saw lots of crawfish, burgers, CFS, and fried shrimp. I ordered the fried jumbo shrimp (12), ff and coleslaw. They were fresh, large, crispy and delicious. My lunch was satisfying and I have no complaints. So if you're ever in Fannett and see this small restaurant on Hwy 365 and wonder if it's good. No need to wonder anymore. It is #BestBites approved. read more

They over charged me for crawfish and would not give me my money. They have cameras and refused to go back and view them to verify the information I was giving was true . I will definitely not recommend them. Very unprofessional. The manager refused to get on the phone and talk to me saying she was busy. read more

Crawfish: Outstanding! This is the place. Can buy just 1 pound of boiled (comes with 1 red potato; can a la carte add additional potato(es) or small corn on the cob(s) or sausage(s)), which makes it nice for 1 person. The spicy crawfish is perfect--on a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being bland and 10 being inedible, this crawfish is nicely spiced at a 4 to 5, right in the pocket of being spicy and exciting and making your nose run but not so spicy you get bad lip burn and forehead sweat. The crawfish were mixed size, but most seemed big--nice little bits of seasoned claw meat in the arms. Got mine to go; you can eat in (very nice dining room), and the restaurant allows BYOB. The next time, I'm trying the garlic flavor boiled crawdads. Boudain balls: A must-get. Each order contains 4 nicely fried, nicely sized (not small) boudain balls crusted with a Panko crumb crust (great touch). Ranch dressing comes on the side. My favorite is 2 orders of boudain balls from this restaurant--enough for me, my better half and our dogs. This is a family-run restaurant, and the family and staff are very friendly. It is so wonderful to have service with a warm smile. Another nice feature: a drive-thru window for picking up your order to go. read more

This place cannot handle any type of a crowd....the food is sub par and they didn't bring my daughter her two pounds of crawfish. We had to "check" on it. When the people next to us got their 4-6 pounds WAY before she got hers (and they came in AFTER us). It's loud...and while it's "kid-friendly"...I'd rather not eat with the little heathens that put their hand in the lemon slices that are supposed to be for everyone.
