Besides jewelry and some clothing items, there are small items for gifts, as well as things for the home. I have bought an Ellen mug here when it was on sale. There are also more kitchen stuff I am eyeing which I will be getting once I get my kitchen in order. The staff is usually very welcoming and does not follow you around or hover ceaselessly. I appreciate that as it allows me to just stop and think of the item and if it will suit my place.

I called ahead and the staff were super nice and put it on hold for me to pick up. They also had a 20% sale so it was perfect! The store itself was great as well. Everything looks very curated and there are definitely a lot of good finds there. I particularly liked their dresses so I will definitely have to go back sometime. They're a cafe so the shopping is extra fun because I ordered a latte to sip on while browsing.

She said I must have "missed" the Inst post day before as she said there was a countdown clock + sale didn't start until today. So for the sake of less than a couple hrs I lost $34! I value + shop small local businesses BUT this business doesn't honour it's customers. So much for shop local....I will not be back. Their business practices are underhanded.

They also do some gift-wrapping, so for those in the area it's quite a one-stop-shop and convenient for the last minute. According to other Yelpers, he seems to always be well-dressed. He also has a cute pet daschund who walks around the store. I love their tea selections here. My favorite is the Chocolate Strawberry tea bags in a tin can. I love loose leaf teas more, but I'm pretty lazy with cleaning out loose leaf teas, so I tend to get the tea cans with the tea bags. I alao enjoy browsing their soap, bath and skincare area. I love their Lollia and Tokyo Milk lotions, especially Tokyo Milk's "Rose", "Honey Moon" and "Let them Eat Cake" handcreams. Although a bit on the pricey side, this is my to-go to store for teas. The teas have strong great flavor, not like the weak tasting tea bags you get at grocery stores. I also like that there are no pushy sellers like the commission-hungry staff at Teavana, and the atmosphere at David's Tea stores feels minimal and cold. Nikaido feels so warm and friendly whenever I visit, and the staff leave me alone to browse for as long as I like. I highly recommend this boutique for tea lovers. You won't be disappointed!

Smaller location means it's lacking some of the same products found at larger Loonie Towns…read more Dollar stores are not all the same. This one's tinier than most. As a result, finding what I need is hit or miss. On two occasions, I've been directed to their other locations. The staff were helpful though; they called the other location to ensure that they had what I wanted. This saved me a wasted trip. It's probably better to just hit the bigger Loonie Towns nearby since its more likely they'll have what you want. But, this one's the most conveniently located one for me, so that's why I keep coming back despite leaving empty-handed on occasion.

It had a cheesecake-like base layer topped with chocolate ganache and a chocolate short crust. The berries on top were all carefully picked - perfect in shape, all deliciously sweet, without any tartness. Loved the chocolate fish detail that paid homage to the area - what a thoughtful touch. By that time, your wallet will be as light as a feather, and your loved one will begin to question the soundness of your judgement...both for being duped, and for hauling home piles of flowers that should have just been taken down to the municipal tip.
