Their flowers are by no means cheap but I think considering the aesthetic arrangement and wrapping - it's well worth the money especially if I want to buy something really nice for friends and family. Submitted on behalf of Wendy Davies (Toronto, Ontario):…read more I live in Toronto, Ontario and needed a special flower arrangement for my Richmond, B.C. sister's 50th Wedding Anniversary. Had no prior knowledge of Richmond florists. Chose Touch of Flowers on basis of website & initial tel. conversations. Impressive website not only included standard pics, prices but also listed flowers comprising the arrangement; choice of 3 prices and size (height, width) of each. Staff Betty and Maria, floral designer, were terrific. My arrangement called for Asiatic lilies in full bloom but Maria disclosed that lilies presently in stock were buds. Maria patiently worked with me to find an agreeable substitute for the lilies. Final arrangement was beautiful much to my sister's delight. Delivery on time. I would highly recommend Touch of Flowers. They go the extra mile. W. Davies

I clicked on their website and loved the web layout and design and immediately started clicking and scrolling on every page. I've ordered twice from this business now. The first time, I forgot to ask for a photo of the flowers - but when my boss received them and showed me a photo - I was impressed and so happy that this was the Designer's Choice bouquet that was delivered to her for her birthday. Today, I placed another order for a Designer's Choice Bouquet. I'm really excited to see what it will look like - but I'm certain my friend will love it! I follow Arbutus Florist on Instagram too and I really wish there was something like this in La. I would love to take a class and make a custom bouquet of flowers myself - next time I am in Canada, I'm definitely going to sign up for a class myself. Thank you and your team for the best service and communications through email and phone. I appreciate your hard work and love the talent and creativity that shines through in the bouquets of flowers!

Fading like a flower…read more.. After the florist I have been to for over 10 years screwed up badly a few times consecutively, I decided to change (the biggest failure of any business is losing loyal decade long customers over incompetence to deliver what customers request and paid for). The first couple of times were exceptional good with my orders here. However, the last 2 times I needed to ask them to redo the whole floral arrangement and design (funny how I have to tell them what to add and how to wrap it :facepalm) I paid extra for that which I didn't mind cause most of the time we buy flowers for special occasions such as birthdays, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, etc... a decent florist or flower shop should keep that in mind. Can't just whatever with a flower order especially a customer pay good money for them (can't be the same result as me picking a few dandelions off the sidewalks, wrap it with a sandwich bag and voila.. call it the day). Anyways ordered a dozen of pink rose bouquet for a relative's birthday (preordered it a few days ahead, website said $72 but store charged me $92 before tax... perhaps update your website?) When I went to pickup the rose bouquet, I was literally speechless. It's utterly one of the worst bouquet of roses I have ever seen, I literally could've pickup one from Safeway for $19.99 and would've been 10x more pleasing to look at. The roses look as it just did a marathon at the Sahara desert, some of the leaves have bug bites and a 5 year old could've done the wrapping better. I was too embarrassed to give it as is, had to go home to put the roses in a glass vase with some water, trimmed off the bug bite leaves, rewrapped it. I would've just ask for a refund if time wasn't tight. (:facepalm) Seriously, it is unacceptable because just like I said most flower orders are for a special occasion or special someone (seldom to an ex and hope they choke on a bug). I don't need an apology or want anything in return, but please deliver a product at least presentable for what your customers paid for. Unfortunately wouldn't be a repeat for me, this was the 3rd time it failed to deliver. (maybe it's time for me to secretly borrow my neighbours roses from his rose bed and master the artistry of being a good florist). Are good florists hard to find nowadays or the creativity is fading like a flower??

A neighbour saw them, brought them in, and had to call Blumen to ask which house they were for. I still have no idea who sent them, though, so I can't thank them for the gift. Pretty incredible that a florist can't be bothered to include a card with the flowers, or even to put an address on them if they're going to leave them out in public rather than delivering them.
