He opened the big umbrella to provide us with shade, brought a bowl of water for our dogs as well as some treats, and even went as far as bringing out a fan to provide us with some breeze. My husband and I were blown away by this service; we've never been to a restaurant were the owner cares so much about the customers. As aforementioned, the food was also incredible. We started off with some curry fish cakes and curry puffs; both were very tasty and came with a sweet peanut sauce with vegetables. For our main dishes, we had the red curry chicken -- very flavorful and deliciously spicy, but not too spicy -- and the drunken duck noodles -- also very flavorful. To finish off our meal, we had the sticky rice mango, which was very yummy. Additionally, we had the mango boba and peach passion fruit boba teas, which were very refreshing in this summer weather. When you walk on it, you hear your shoes make a squishy sound because your shoes are struggling to move off the floor. Chairs need to be scrubbed as well. Table tops are clean. Originally, we tried to order our sandwiches on the app, but it was giving us some issues. We went inside to order and it was a pleasant experience. There were a few people in line before us, but we were served in no time. The employees making our sandwiches gave some good recommendations when we asked about their limited time offers. We pursued around the store for a couple minutes before we checked out. Our group grabbed some chips and other grocery items to accompany the sandwiches. I personally headed to the hot bar, which was right next to the deli/sandwich bar. They had cheese curds that are sold by the pound. I personally love cheese curds, so I got about a pound's worth. I love how you can truly customize these any which way you want. I even put some egg on as a topping this time. But jessica immediately had a terrible attitude and began to mouth off to the worker and yelling at them. I made a comment to her about how she needs to treat her employees better and she also was incredibly rude to me and yelled at me and told me to leave and I will never be coming back to the establishment ever again until there is a new person in place and things change dramatically. This is not my first encounter there, and I have seen her act this way multiple times towards multiple people. things need to change.
