Im sure their services are awesome but they have no integrity. I was charged twice and they assured me that I wasn't. I arrived 30 minutes before they closed, typically I dont do this. But, I only needed them to remove the dip powder from my nails. My service took 10-12 minutes. I didnt even bother to call them back. I just filed a claim with my bank and they refunded me. read more

Update- after the polish set up, it was very thick and lumpy on my fingers and toes. I've been chipping the gel polish off my skin and cuticles all day. Very typical of a strip mall nail place. I walked in without an appointment and was helped right away with my pedicure. Several people came in after me and started other services, others were waiting. After my pedicure, I asked for a full set of nails (I had mentioned it at the beginning) and I was told I would have to wait until everyone else was done, as only one tech knew how to do a full set. I opted for a regular manicure with gel Polish, as I was unwilling to wait three hours. The polish is messy- all over my cuticles. The pedicure looks fine. read more

I came here with a girlfriend for a pedicure and we got seated right away. The two people helping us was so nice and friendly. They had a good selection of colors but I do wish they had more OPI options. I was overall happy with my pedicure. I didn't feel rushed and I do like how she asked if the water temperature was ok. My toes looked good and the pedicure overall was relaxing. They were very thankful for our tips and showed appreciation. They were both so nice! My trusty "in a rush" spot. It's a typical nail salon with nothing extraordinary to mention. The salon has been here for many years and I've have frequented this place when I need services asap and no time for an appointment. Tracy is nice as well as her hubby and other staff members. She's quite vocal and will share her opinion on color and design LOL. They offer not only mani/pedi services also facials, waxing, gelish mani/pedi, gel nails, etc. I don't have nails so I simply appreciate a mani/pedi and some me time. I notice the one star rating yet I've never received services here to reflect one star. It's not fancy but it's functional and fast. read more

A friend of mine (male) went to this establishment on 11/19/2022 to get a manicure and pedicure. The first issue is the incorrect hours of operation. He waited there for over an hour and one of the owners showed up at 10:45am. The manicure wasn't what was expected. Nails were done well at all. Cuticles were not done properly. No clear coat was put on his nails. The pedicure wasn't good either. His feet still feel scratchy even after the treatment was done to remove any dead skin as if his feet were not properly scrubbed with the pumice stone. We are both very disappointed in the services rendered at this establishment because males should be treated with the same care as a female getting these services. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. read more

I use to go to this place regularly. One time I went in to get a pedicure. They forgot to cut my ingrown toenail off. A week later I went to get my manicure and they made me wait 30 minutes. Then they said to come back in an hour. I wouldn't recommended this place... The people are really nice but it is just bad service. read more

I visited this salon October 3, 2019. I needed a mani pedi and they are close to my house. I had a bit of a wait, but I was ok with it. I was looking for a particular color and when the male tech got to me I showed him the color I wanted on my phone. I had a color in my hand but it wasn't the one I needed plus it was gel and I wanted regular polish on my toes and dip on my fingers. He went and found the same color that I told him I didn't want. He became loud and then started speaking in his native language to the other tech. I knew he was disrespecting me, so long story short, I left and will not be going back. The original tech's have left and this belligerent male has taken their place. Save your money ladies and find another spot. read more

The reason for visiting this salon is that it's closer to my home. However, I went in for a simple soak off and pedi. The lady was rushing sooooo badly, she nearly pulled my arm off to bring my hand closer instead of being a little more gentle (handle with care) and the pedicure was not a very pleasant experience - felt like she was taking the scrub and digging into my skin on my leg *ouch*. I also called up there to make an appointment and he had a attitude over the phone and he messed up my nails and didn´t want to fix the polish and he kept telling me no until i had to tell him in the customer and i paying you. I went to them on a Friday just to get a gel polish and by Sunday the gel came off several of my nails. So I tried to give them another chance and went back the following week. I didn't let the same person do my nails and this time I was getting a full set with gel polish. It took the lady 10 minutes to figure out what chair she was going to seat in while I waited. It took her another 5 minutes per nail to figure out the right size nail. Once the nails were glued the other worker came over and told her she put on the wrong type of nails. She cut me with the nail drill. After she took off the nails, I didn't wait for her to put the right nails on my hands. I literally wasted an hour and feel the workers need to continue with their nail training education. The other lady ask if I could come back after work or tomorrow but I will NEVER go back to them. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. read more
