Not only is she the quickest waxer in the business, but she's guaranteed to strip you clean; no residual hairs left. The facial products and extraction process Kelly uses is phenomenal. In addition, the peppermint foot treatment during your facial is a must. Kelly is a small based business, not a pretentious spa that passes the overhead cost to the customer. I went in for a brow waxing appointment ((that she was able to make happen VERY last minute)) and asked a ton of questions, which she happily and thoroughly answered. She explained every step of what she was doing, and we chatted through the appointment like old friends. I ended up asking about brow tinting, and because it was so affordable, I got that too. I believe the disconnect is they are used to servicing those with thick, dark eyebrows and dont know what to do with thinner, lighter brows. Well, you arch them too without trying to save them for thickness that we dont have in the first place. You can't service everyone the same.
