Not only is she the quickest waxer in the business, but she's guaranteed to strip you clean; no residual hairs left. The facial products and extraction process Kelly uses is phenomenal. I had never gotten either of these services before so I had a lot of questions which Kayla answered patiently and personably. She has such a friendly and bubbly personality! The eyelash tint was a little uncomfortable for me but this may be because I was wearing contacts. I probably would take those out next time and maybe even consider a lift and tint since the tint by itself looked nice but was really subtle. Kayla made me feel very comfortable for the spray tan and did an excellent job with the color and tone. I was obsessed! It definitely faded a bit after the third or fourth day but to be fair, I was on vacation and swimming in the ocean and pool a lot. All together the services were $65 which I don't think is bad at all. I'd definitely return and would recommend booking at this local biz!

She makes you comfortable from the get go and is enthusiastic about helping you achieve what you want. I found her literally yesterday on Yelp because of her incredible reviews. I then looked at her Instagram and knew I'd have an awesome experience. She knows exactly what she's doing and how to do it. I went in for a brow waxing appointment ((that she was able to make happen VERY last minute)) and asked a ton of questions, which she happily and thoroughly answered. She explained every step of what she was doing, and we chatted through the appointment like old friends. I ended up asking about brow tinting, and because it was so affordable, I got that too. I am SO happy--it was my first time with tinting, and I now actually have the eyebrows I've always wanted! I should also mention there was zero irritation after the appointment, when usually I have redness at my usual salon (About Faces). Thank you for being so awesome Kourtney! I will be back!

I don't get my nails done often but I decided to go in for the dip full set because one of my…read morefriends nails were pretty. Got my nails done on a Friday by the technician at station #12 and by the following Thursday, less than a weeks time, my nails were coming off. By Sunday, 8 nails were off. Went in on Monday to speak with the nail technician to see what could be done since she informed me that the dip nails last about 3 weeks (well, mine were off by week 1) but she wasn't there. I asked to speak with the manager who also wasn't there but a technician called her on the phone. She understood that at day 6, my nails were coming off...she asked how much did I pay and I informed her $50. She offered to give me a $30 credit and I pay $20 for a new full set. I'm confused because I paid $50 and was told that they would last 3 weeks, but less than a week they were popping off. Now you want me to pay an additional $20...which would make it a $70 service in the end and in a 1 week period...less than the 3 weeks that I was told they would last. I couldn't stay for the service to be done at that time and asked if I could get the $30 credit and come back at a later date. Speaking in their native language...I now see what was told for the technician to do. The technician wrote up the voucher/certificate but it was for $20. I'm not understanding why it went from $30 to $20. I asked the technician why it was $20...she then called the manager back and I informed her that she offered me a $30 credit. I was told no, the $30 credit was if I did them right then and there and If I didn't get it done then the credit would be $20 because when I walk out the door, the value of the service goes down. Huh? Is this a nail salon or car dealership? When does the value of a set of nails go down...if they are done right? If they are done improperly and the nails don't last as long as they were suggested then yes, you didn't give the client the value of service that they paid for...your value goes down. Unacceptable! A waste of money for sure.
