She has dyed my hair so many colors and each time she is careful and does as minimal damage as possible with the bleach (my natural hair is a very dark brown, almost black, and she got my entire head to light pink in one session without me going bald lol). Tina always achieves the color that I want and she cuts and styles my hair so cute! They always offer drinks and chips too, the service is just amazing. Next, my daughter has half her head shaved so $200 for half a head of boho braids seems steep. Next, the braider didn't have any of the hair prepped and had to keep stopping to do that. Then, she was slow as molasses while braiding. After my sister came in and complained about the slowness, after 3 hours...the braider/owner said her niece would come in and braid faster. Mind you, these were not small braids, pretty medium size. At this point, i said, lemme just sit in there and watch progress bc there most definitely are some lallygagging shenanigans going on. Meanwhile, i got many concerning confused looks from the braiding congregation as to why i was sitting there. So naturally i looked right back with the same concerned energy. They looking at me, im looking at them...we looking at each other...but only one of us is a paying customer and only one of us doesn't understand the language being spoken (Me). But we clearly understood each other when a 2nd braider got up to help expedite the process...but then, they ran out of hair and as yet ANOTHER braider has been added to the mix, she dropped hair on the floor and thought she was going to put it in my child's hair. I had to loudly let her know she would NOT be putting floor hair on my child for $200. Finally, they had the door opened on an extremely humid day bc they didn't want to put on the air conditioning. Now imagine sitting there for HOURS with no breeze, 100% humidity, and a lady in the corner clearing her sinuses every 10 mins. Lastly, as i sit in their shop writing this review, waiting to press send as we walk out....NO, I vehemently DO NOT recommend this place at all. We were just in town for the week and what a misstep this was. The braids are decent but my Gawd, the process and service will leave the absolute WORST impression. Save your sanity and go somewhere else, anywhere else. It's just not worth it...trust me.

They have an electronic sign-up system when you walk in. TIP: you make an appointment via their website where you can choose your hairdresser, and services which would give you a price or estimated price (the amount is not including tip). SERVICE: Staff are friendly with great communication (some of them are bilingual) and engage in conversation with their clients. As soon as you walk in, you can sign yourself or one of the staff would greet you right away and let you know if you have to wait or they will be right with you. My husband's hairdresser is Suk. She is super friendly, sweet, and understands what you need and she also understands how to work with your hair type.
