When you call to find pricing information, you should not be yelled at for curiosity. In a short 5 minute call, the worker at Royal Design could not calmly speak over the phone. His, or what I think was a man, had a malicious tone of voice that pierced my ears with negativity. If you ever want to do business with Royal Design, please re-evaluate your decision.
