It's definitely time that I update this review. I visited this store yesterday at about…read more7:30-8:00PM, so it was about an hour before close. The store wasn't dirty, a little messy though. Being that this store is a dollar store I don't expect it to be perfect, I simply expect a variety of $1 items such as hair ties, clothes pins, greeting cards, art supplies, etc. There were two young employees working during my visit. As soon as I entered the store I asked the young man if I needed a key for the restroom. He told me that I didn't and kindly gave me directions for getting to the ladies room. You have to go through a small area of the back room to get to it but the restroom was cleaner than I expected it to be. A bit later I was looking around for something I thought they might have and decided to ask the young lady if she knew if the store had any. She thought for a moment and took me to the aisle she thought it should be in. Although it wasn't there I appreciate her taking the time to help me. I selected a few other items and went up to the register. It took a moment for the young man to get back to the register when I got there but I was run out and on my way. I don't see the point in spending more than I need to on items that are not meant for long term use or end up broken no matter how much I spend on them. I always use this store as my first stop when throwing a party or hosting a holiday as well. I'm very thankful to have this store in my area.

This pudgy middle aged loser who can't read is apparently the manager there. He wanted to argue and yell at me because he couldn't properly read the terms of a coupon. Started screaming at me that they are closing and how dare I come in. I would have been out the door BEFORE 10 if there system worked properly or if their manager could actually read. Instead he wanted to freak out, scream at me and throw a fit running back and forth to the Oreo aisle, even when I told him I came up with a picture of the coupon (see below) to save time that he so clearly treasured. It's not my fault he can't tell the difference between $3 off $9 and buy 3 and get $3 off which doesn't even make any sense whatsoever when it very clearly says $3 off a purchase of $9 in a single transaction but his rage at having to do his job made him blind or he is just that stupid. Because he insisted for minutes that the coupon said I HAD to purchase 3 items. So somehow in his smooth brain $3 off equates to a minimum purchase of 3 items. Smdh Comprehension is not his strong point. I looked down at my clock as I was leaving at 10:02. If you can't handle being two mins behind in retail you very clearly are not in the right field. But I'm guessing this is the best he can do. Hire someone with some brains and tact next time. Unbelievable.

I found places like Target and Toys R Us to be overpriced with limited selection. Then we found Gamestop. What I love about this place is that they specialize in games and are happy to help with questions. I'm a dummy in this regard so they've helped me tremendously. The main reason I go to Gamestop is the wide selection used games. Since I'm so new and have a young family, why start with all new games? Sometimes you can find the newest used, like I did with Battlefront II. There are even games you can get for a few bucks which is the best way build up the catalog. I spent the money on an elite membership, which gets you the cheaper rates on used games. They also give you a better discount for reselling your old games. They even took my old Wii games. On busy days, the lines can be long as this is a popular location and if you go in with the right expectations, it's ok. To sum up, focus on used games, sell your old ones and buy the membership. I could get addicted to this.

The red rocks near this shopping center are unique and interesting to look at, and there are many other great things to do while in the area (they are directly next door to Sweet Frog). The service is acceptable but they seem to be a bit understaffed as is common with big companies these days. The GameStop and PSA grading service is the big seller here for me personally. I have a collection of trading cards that I needed evaluated and the staff was kind and professional when working with me. I have since used this particular service many times and have never been let down. I highly recommend looking into the lesser known services that these folks offer such as mobile phone trade ins and of course the PSA. I have scored a few knickknacks for my collection here as well, also at very reasonable prices that I have never felt cheated by. If you know what you are looking for, or just want to browse to find a new favorite series, game, or toy, this is the store for you.

Dear Customer Service,…read more I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at Burlington Coat Factory. On the afternoon of my visit, I selected a purse to purchase for Easter. Because the item was locked, I had to wait for security to unlock it, which I did patiently. After it was unlocked, the associate took the purse and told me it would be brought to the register. When I went to check out and paid for my items, I later realized the purse was never rung up or included in my purchase. After waiting and following all procedures, I left the store without the item I came for. As someone who uses a cane, this process was especially uncomfortable. Being unable to simply carry my item and complete my purchase made me feel uneasy, and the situation ultimately left me feeling overlooked and frustrated. I did bring this to the attention of the store manager, Kim, but I am still very disappointed that after all the waiting and inconvenience, I did not receive the purse I intended to buy for Easter. I believe this situation could have been handled much better, and I hope steps can be taken to ensure better communication and service so other customers do not experience the same issue. I would appreciate a response regarding how this matter will be addressed. Sincerely, Ms.B.
