Dear Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at Burlington Coat Factory.
On the afternoon of my visit, I selected a purse to purchase for Easter. Because the item was locked, I had to wait for security to unlock it, which I did patiently. After it was unlocked, the associate took the purse and told me it would be brought to the register.
When I went to check out and paid for my items, I later realized the purse was never rung up or included in my purchase. After waiting and following all procedures, I left the store without the item I came for.
As someone who uses a cane, this process was especially uncomfortable. Being unable to simply carry my item and complete my purchase made me feel uneasy, and the situation ultimately left me feeling overlooked and frustrated.
I did bring this to the attention of the store manager, Kim, but I am still very disappointed that after all the waiting and inconvenience, I did not receive the purse I intended to buy for Easter.
I believe this situation could have been handled much better, and I hope steps can be taken to ensure better communication and service so other customers do not experience the same issue.
I would appreciate a response regarding how this matter will be addressed.
Sincerely,
