I have been on my natural hair journey for over fie years now and this Pantene Gold Series is so good for my hair. I have very soft wavy hair these products don't dry my hair out its really thick texture. It leaves my hair super moisturized shiny & not tingling. I went to this Dollar store and the employees there are horrible to say the least. When I left the store the cash didn't give me all of my bags. What left behind she didn't even try to bring it to me as I left store. There was plenty of time for her to do this too, because I believe it was intentional. However, I kept calling the store when I noticed the items were not present. Check this out went to the store as the cashier if she remembered me and at first she claimed she didn't, but when I mentioned the items that I left behind she somehow started to remember me. She said, "Oh, I remember the Miracle Whip". Letting me know that she remembered me leaving my groceries or she never gave them too me. Another associate decided to drop into the conversation and said, 'Oh, we put the groceries back. Something about restocking. Trust me I do believe that my items may have gone home with someone. They didn't even try to look at receipts from the register. The store is a mess! I called the day that I brought my groceries and know one answered the phone! i feel as though this family dollar is well organized, and its MOSTLY the customers being disrespectful to the employees that try there HARDEST to make the customers satisfied. EVERYONE has there moments even god . SOME people should take that as consideration and understanding that people go through A LOT at work . And with customers making it so difficult, things usually go left . Overall People should treat people how they wanna be treated . Employees don't get up work hard for customers to just be RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. ESPECIALLY if the store gets busy . They don't have time for all that extra nonsense. Tonight was very shameful. I came to this family dollar on muddy branch today 08/25/2023 @9:56pm. & they we're closed... me and two other people were standing outside so I decided to knock on the door. i seen the night manager and one of the employees just sitting at the register looking at me. So I kept knocking on the window and no one came. They proceeded to do what they were doing. The male took the trash out and the manager cut the lights off and was pulling the register. After I still was standing there the employee finally came to the door. I asked him why they closed so early today. He proceeded to tell me that there registers were broken.. I asked him if both of them were broken he said yes. I told him he could've just let me know they closed earlier today. Then I asked to speak with his manager he rolled his eyes.. I asked him to give me his cooperate #. He wrote down a fake number and I told him to bring his manager. When his manager came she wrote down the number and gave it to me. ( they both gave me fake #'s.) I told her that the employee had really bad customer service and she cut me off saying that she had a family emergency that's why they closed early. I asked her why he lied to me and she proceeded to say she doesn't need to explain to me. She called me a bitch multiple times & said she didn't care about her job.. she has a "business" and it's just her part time job. She called me a child and just multiple other disrespectful words. The customer service was terrible. The male employee tried to slam my foot in the door & called me bombaclot... they were very disrespectful to me. The manager also yelled out "THIS IS WHY I HATE BLACK BITCHES" .. All because they closed earlier and could've just came outside and said that to the customers. Pretty convenient store it has a great variety of items: from taco seasoning to a garden hose. I feel that some items, though, may be overpriced and can be bought at either a Dollar Tree or Target for a better price. -3 Stars because the $5 Tide I bought was not as full as it should have been... Bad Customer Service. NIYA a cashier that works at this location is very rude. She works in the evening and on 9/7/23 around .8:55pm I came into the store and as she was ringing up my things I asked her if she could check the price on an item and she said to me, don't you see busy ringing up your stuff? I told her that she was rude and want to speak to a manager . She said okay, but she's not going to do anything .As I was speaking to the manager about her bad attitude and poor customer service another other guy heard the conversation and said that that's the same girl he complained about but she is still employed with the same bad attitude.She is rude to customers and I'm confused about how she's still employed there. Please TRAIN your cashiers. I work close by and never had a problem with the other cashiers. I come here for laundry detergent, toilet paper, $1 puzzle books, screens for kitchen/bathroom sinks and some cleaning supplies difficult to find elsewhere. Laundry detergent is pretty cheap. We also purchase $2 DVDs here for camping trip. They have a line of clothing that is surprisingly good quality for the price. They have a line of cotton t-shirts (Gildan). The staff, given the type of store, is pretty friendly and if approached, will go out of their way to take you to the shelf. I'm usually greeted upon entering the store. Family Dollar and Dollar Tree have merged so you'll find familiar Dollar Tree items here as well. If you have a lot of items, it can be difficult exiting the store. (Think huge bundle of toilet paper and huge 150 oz detergent). The store does not have auto open doors. There are auto doors to let you into the store's vestibule, but you'll need to navigate pulling a door to actually get inside or to leave. Difficult to take a cart outside because of that and impossible to open the door if your arms are full. Seems to be an ADA issue because someone with a wheelchair or 2 crutches ain't getting in or out by themselves. read more

This is the dirtiest Family dollar that i have ever shopped at. In addition to the unorganized and cluttered environment, all of the cashiers are extremely rude. On this visit i had the pleasure of hearing a young man (employee) say several curse words as he stood in front of the cash register. This place really ruins the Family dollar brand...whatever that is! I have shopped at several stores before and this is by far the absolute worst! Beware although the items and sells are generally the best in town, problems with duplication of charges for the same item can constantly occur. I advise that you review your items and receipts before you leave the store to avoid having to continously explain yourself while awaiting for a refund. First time trying out this particular family dollar and it was decent I guess. I was greeted by the store manager upon walking in. The store was well stocked in products which is always great. However, there was only one cashier the entire 20-30 minutes I spent in the store. The line with that one cashier continued to grow and no one was there to help. The store also gave me a dirty feel. This store is dirty. They have fallen off from opening. The workers are lazy and rude. I will not be back. Nothing there fore me to come back. For the past two times I have been there they have add more items to my bill then I got and they have forget ten to put things in the bag I have paid for. Today I was done, I bought 4 rule paper and they put five down, then the gentleman forgot my car air freshness. I paid for a bag and he chafed me for two because he over loa the bag putting the fabric softner in the bag making the bag rip. As I was sitting in the car reading my receipt I ( 7months pregnant) had to take te bag bag in to correct it, and the gentleman says you forgot your air fresheners. This store is good for cleaning supplies, snacks and dog food. Located in Muddy Branch. Water, Gatorade and juice drinks are chrap, along with dry snacks. Will use this place to stock office kitchen probably since it is close by. read more

Horrible custumer service! Today 4/4/2015 at around 12:00pm i decided to go to this location in muddy branch. I was on the line for about 20 minutes because there was only one cashier (the other cashier was too busy talking to the one trying to do her job) and there were about 12 to 13 custumers trying to pay. This other lady after seeing the line was huge, decided to stop talking and open another line. She then called the custumer in front of me to pay at her register. I followed the custumer in front of me, thinking the cashier was going to stay at the resgister in order to make the line move faster. To my surprise, after she helped the first custumer, she went to talk to the other cashier again, leaving me standing there without saying a word. Naturally i decided to wait, i waited for around 10 minutes, then i decided to ring the bell that they have on the counter (I believe its to let them know that you are there and need help) i rang the bell but even the bell failed to stop her from talking with her co-worker and come help me out, after i rang the bell another 2 times, she finally came back. She had a very nasty attitude and told me "the line starts there" pointing to the line i had been stock in for about 20 minutes. i told her i had already made the line, she didn't say anything so i took the products i had to pay and was on my way to make the line again, when she knocked on the counter, rudely letting me know that she was gonna finally start doing her job. I again put the items on the counter so she could scan them, i finally paid and left. Horrible experience. How can this people even hold a proper job? read more

First, I want to point out that the staff is very friendly and helpful! My problem with this store is that it's called "Family Dollar," but a lot of the items are overpriced. I understand that this store sells big brand items that cannot be sold for cheaper, but I was disappointed to see that there weren't any cheaper options. First, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went in there last night after having dinner with my mom at the grill near by. It was 10/29/16 at around 10ish I'd say. We were walking around just seeing if we liked anything, but I didn't find anything good. My mom how ever found two perfumes she was thinking of getting. We were in the laundry basket/frame/school supplies section when I told my mother to leave them because I work at Sephora so I can get high end fragrances discounted, so my mom left the perfume by a laundry basket. I noticed one of the employees (she was black, maybe in her late 30's or early 40's and had short hair) was kind of following me and my mother but I didn't pay no mind to it, I just kept looking. As we walk out, she's running to us, jumps in front of us and yells "where's my perfume?" And my mom tells her that we decided to leave it. Then she MAKES my mom go get them. Like what?? You WORK here, why should a customer have to go do your work for you? It was terrible experience. And I've never been accused of stealing. Especially not $3 perfume from a dollar store! The other employees seemed really calm and collected but this particular one was just bad. I work in customer service and I know that is not the way to speak to a customer ESPECIALLY one who may look suspicious. If she would've spoken to me and my mother with a little more respect, it would be different. But she automatically jumped to conclusions. It was as though she was praying to god that my mom would take the perfume out of her AUTHENTIC MK bag. If I could rate 0 stars I would, because the stuff isn't even a dollar.
