I parked there because it was closest to door but I parked on angle to prevent damage or injury. There were many open parking spots. The store wasn't busy. The manager approached us in the store and asked if it was our car. We said yes and why we had parked taking 2 spaces. He became very very rude when we explained that we were ready to check out so we would be moving the car soon. He then threatened to have our car towed. He was completely out of line to speak to us the way he did. I moved the car to another spot and went back into the store intending to check out. But he was so rude to us we put our basket back and left the store. We won't be shopping there again. That's the 2nd time we have been treated rudely in that store by management.

The wait for 2 people was 45mins around 2pm, but as we finished eating around 330pm the restaurant was getting emptier. Food was average. There isn't much for kids to do. Just a carousel, s'mores, train ride ($4 per person for a 5min ride) and the talking tree. You can do everything in under an hour and everything is more fun after dark of course. I was very excited for the "light show," which was extremely underwhelming. There was maybe 20ish little trees made of lights, spread out around the lake area and they were flashing synced with songs. Seriously... that is it... The donations do have potental. First off if you see a cart grab it, there's no "formal" place to grab one and people just leave them everywhere. They have a limited supply to begin with. Secondly, if you don't like congestion, chaos, mayhem, screaming kids, rude customers don't step inside. You'll encounter all of the above. The children here are literally ferel, than you have the deliquent parents who try to parent by screaming across the store. Literally a boy was riding some sort of for sale scooter thing getting in everyone's way and screaming at the top of his lungs. No parent in sight. It's total noise pollution. The isles of clothes should be organized but aren't. Most are hanging off the hanger or on the floor, some racks are jammed packed so full you can hardly sort thru them. I didn't spend alot of time in this department but can imagine that their sorting process for weeding out stained items, etc is poor. The misc/housewares section is overloaded and overflowing unto the floor. The stuff is piled high on large kitchen metal racks, artwork is all over the floor. This area is totally congested with people, and you will need to dig and move stuff around, alot. Don't get me started on the toy department.
