The drawers will not open, and the first tech that was sent out told us that he will let Surroundings know that the piece is defective, and should be returned. i could continue, but the point is that we now realize why they only accept cash. Surroundings will take your cash and hold you hostage, while not adhering to any timeline, quality assurance, or promises that they provide. BEWARE!

The couch frame was broken 8 months into owning it - we have no kids or dogs, so this was from minimal daily use. We purchased the pet protection warranty and chose the pet-resistant fabric - our cat scratched the fabric and when we submitted a claim the next day, they refused to honor it. La-Z-Boy has not helped to handle the claims, they forward you to a third-party company. We went back and forth for almost 2 months, being told by ServeCo and La-Z-Boy that our claim fell within the warranty we paid for, but was just denied any repairs by their third-party warranty company. Do not let them upsell you poor-quality furniture, expensive fabric, and a scam warranty. So disappointed with the service we received and our brand new, almost $1,500 purchase which will now be replaced within 1 year of owning it.
