While I was impressed with the in stock furniture and customer service when I was purchasing , my opinion changed when I had an issue with an expensive piece of outdoor furniture. I had the chair less than 30 days when it fell apart. I contacted them and was told I would receive a call back later that day which I did not get. Finally I received a call asking for pictures and serial number. I was then sent an email if I had any questions to contact them. I asked if they would replace the chair since it was practically new and I heard no response. I told them since this was a vacation home I would like to quickly resolve this as we would be closing up the house shortly. Again no response. I followed up two days later with a phone call first thing in the morning and was told the manager and her boss were there and she would call me right back with an answer which never happened. I called an hour before closing to see what the answer was and I was told by the manager what did I expect! It was her birthday and a holiday weekend plus they were busy all day with customers. I guess once they have your money you are no longer a customer. To make matters worse the manager said in his opinion I should apologize to the sales person because he felt I was being unreasonable. Really! All I wanted was answers not attitude. Will be purchasing the rest of my furniture somewhere else.

I do not recommend purchasing furniture from La-Z-Boy. It initially seemed great: good service,…read morenice designs, and many choices. But delivery took months and the quality is low. The couch frame was broken 8 months into owning it - we have no kids or dogs, so this was from minimal daily use. We purchased the pet protection warranty and chose the pet-resistant fabric - our cat scratched the fabric and when we submitted a claim the next day, they refused to honor it. La-Z-Boy has not helped to handle the claims, they forward you to a third-party company. We went back and forth for almost 2 months, being told by ServeCo and La-Z-Boy that our claim fell within the warranty we paid for, but was just denied any repairs by their third-party warranty company. Do not let them upsell you poor-quality furniture, expensive fabric, and a scam warranty. So disappointed with the service we received and our brand new, almost $1,500 purchase which will now be replaced within 1 year of owning it.

Not only has our order remained incomplete, but we received 2 items that were damaged. We are now waiting for the second "repair technician" to come to fix a brand new dresser. The drawers will not open, and the first tech that was sent out told us that he will let Surroundings know that the piece is defective, and should be returned. i could continue, but the point is that we now realize why they only accept cash. Surroundings will take your cash and hold you hostage, while not adhering to any timeline, quality assurance, or promises that they provide. BEWARE!
