Wow, just Wow. This place is the most cluttered, ghetto, dirty Goodwill I've ever been to. A bit of organization, less stuff, and friendlier staff could turn this place around. The donations do have potental. First off if you see a cart grab it, there's no "formal" place to grab one and people just leave them everywhere. They have a limited supply to begin with. Secondly, if you don't like congestion, chaos, mayhem, screaming kids, rude customers don't step inside. You'll encounter all of the above. The children here are literally ferel, than you have the deliquent parents who try to parent by screaming across the store. Literally a boy was riding some sort of for sale scooter thing getting in everyone's way and screaming at the top of his lungs. No parent in sight. It's total noise pollution. The isles of clothes should be organized but aren't. Most are hanging off the hanger or on the floor, some racks are jammed packed so full you can hardly sort thru them. I didn't spend alot of time in this department but can imagine that their sorting process for weeding out stained items, etc is poor. The misc/housewares section is overloaded and overflowing unto the floor. The stuff is piled high on large kitchen metal racks, artwork is all over the floor. This area is totally congested with people, and you will need to dig and move stuff around, alot. Don't get me started on the toy department. It's where ferel children are left by parents who don't want to parent. I will say there is alot of stuff in the housewares, vintage and otherwise, just finding it, getting to it, and dealing with all the chaos around it makes it difficult. Oh, and the min price point at this Goodwill is $3.49. Single spoon? Yep, $3.49! The staff stand around and play on their phones and are of no assistance. I was really suprised at how unkept this Goodwill was, simplying because the area and surrounding thrift stores are the complete opposite. read more

Horrible, always a mess and there are constantly two to three white males that sit in the area where items are wheeled out. They then look up every single item online to see if it is worth money. They hold the items in there cart until they are done looking them up than they'll put them back. The employees are well aware and actually give them and tell them when theres a valuable item. Unsure how this is business legal at all, especially when employees communicate with them and are involved. Ive never been there in the past 7 months and those kids not be there. I do only go on week days but I've never missed them. Don't believe me go to goodwill yourself. Also theres another review just like mine, this is a weird form of business . read more

I'm really sorry to read these negative comments and see such horrible photos about a Goodwill store. Where I winter in FL, every Goodwill store I visit is well organized, well run (for the most part) by helpful, cheerful staff, and has prices as low as $0.99 for some items. (Yes, once I DID find a Dollar Tree napkin holder priced at $4.99[!], but that's not the norm.) I enjoy donating and shopping there so much, that I bought an annual membership for about $25 that gives me 20% off every purchase. I buy all my picture frames there, lots of kitchen items and other housewares, and occasionally shoes, clothes, and accessories. I'm very disappointed about the local NJ Goodwill store near my summer home. I prefer to donate to Goodwill than any other charities, but don't want my donated items to be treated and presented in such a shoddy manner. read more

Large variety. Everything isn't new and shiny which makes finds surprising and treasured. Lots of stuff to comb through makes it an adventure. I miss Goodwill and hope it opens soon. read more

Most of the staff is ok and helpful, but the one supervisor, Denira (?) is repeatedly yelling at people and just acting off the wall. I've reported it to the store manager, Edwin, and it still continues, so I guess he is just giving me lip service. I would go to any other thrift shop besides this one. read more

This store is a mess. Items are not organized, and are dirty and damaged. Some staff members don't wear masks properly, or at all, during the Covid pandemic. Any items I have interest in are overpriced. I rarely find anything here I want to buy, but I keep checking just in case. I'm usually disappointed when I leave. read more

If I could give this less than a star, I would. First of all, I understand that it's a Goodwill. I get it. But this place was a joke. I was looking for men's pants, one pair for a party. Shouldn't be too difficult, right? Wrong. First, all of the men's pants are thrown on one rack, jeans AND regular pants. Any other Goodwill I have visited separated pants and jeans. Aside from that, there were many women's pants and jeans on the racks that I gave up looking after just a minute or two. Yeah, you always find a couple of women's things while looking through the men's (I'm sure the opposite is true as well), but this was ridiculous. read more

Be. Prepared. To. Dig. There is ZERO organization at this store, which is incredibly frustrating. The store itself is pretty big, so if you're willing to go rack-by-rack, you're likely to find something neat. The prices are totally reasonable, too, which was nice. But my goodness, some sorting would do wonders at this place! Size? Color? Men's? Women's? Anything. Seriously. The staff was nice enough to ring me up when they finished their conversation after I'd been standing at the register for several minutes. This store has a new manager and since then the store is organized and clean. Along with this the pricing is now out of control! This is a thrift store! I have seen the exact items in stores for less money or the same price that are in new condition! The shelving in the back of store has much less inventory despite better organization and broken items removed. I suspect some of the better items that come in are put aside by the workers for themselves. I guess you really can't blame them when they work for little pay. read more

I cannot believe they're selling the items for so much money, someone has to regulate this business and stop them from over pricing things. They're selling items that are cheaper brand new at the stores. The new pricing employees are over pricing everything here. I posted new pictures of an over priced grass trimmer. They have a price of $89.99 and you can buy it for 49.99 at the store. This is horrible and should be stopped right away. New management is horrible. read more

I contacted the store on 7/29/19 at approx. to inquire about the TV recycling program. I was informed by the cashier Carol that she knew nothing about the program or the store accepting TVs to be returned. I asked to speak with a manager after informing her the ACUA website indicates that electronics are accepted to be recycled. Carol indicated the manager was not available due to being at lunch. I contact the store again at approx. one hour later and Carol answered the phone again. I asked to Speak with the manager. She indicated the manager was in the back of the store so she could not go and get her. Carol suggested that I call back again. I asked for the manager to be paged and Carol stated she could not page the manager. I informed Carol that a customer should not have to call multiple times to have a question answered. I informed Carol that this was not acceptable and was poor customer service. I asked if another associate was able to get the manager and was told "no" and that there was no manager only a "supervisor." I asked to speak with the supervisor and Carol said she would not be able to help with my question. A few minutes later she stated the supervisor was walking up front. The supervisor indicated her name was Krista or Kristen. I explained that I was calling to get information on the recycling program as the ACUA Website indicated to do. She said then advised me of her "understanding." I expressed concern for Carol not being able to answer my question or want to get me in contact with a supervisor to find an answer. Her response was "ok" and she did not offer any remorse, apology, and I found both individuals to be rude in their response to a inquiring customer. read more

This Goodwill store is about like your average location. Chronically junky and unorganized. And though I'm grateful there actually is an accessible public bathroom, it is always in SQUALID condition!!!!! There's actually white paint on the beige walls to cover up graffiti. Management, if you want to really be "Goodwill proud," take some pride in your facility and clean it up a bit to help redeem the company's "take it or leave it" reputation. Nonetheless, the fact that I'm too cheap to buy a lot of things new dictate that I come to these types of stores. I'm writing this review because I'm APPALLED at the double standards Goodwill uses in pricing of certain items. I bought at least a dozen Videotapes, and the sign clearly posted they're 4 for $1, including the Movie tapes in larger plastic cases. But 10 of those tapes were a 10-pack set of blanks. One would think they should be treated as any other videotape; how many people out there use vcr tapes besides yours truly?. When I got up to the counter I would have bought 20 tapes total, but then the clerk said that set alone would've been $4.99. WHAT?! That's a complete ripoff!!!! That's like twice the amount those tapes should've cost. Just because they're bundled in a package does NOT make it right!!!!!! I just put that set of tapes back. I figure them losing a little bit of a sale would speak louder than simply arguing with a manager. But then again, it's not your average "business" that tries to do right by its customers. This is Goodwill, and you're just a number. The phrase "the customer is always right" and Goodwill obviously can't fit in the same sentence. Now I can see why there's a wide-spread message floating around about "Think before you donate," which Goodwill, of course, is trying to desperately deny. read more

I actually love to browse thrift shops and will stop at a Goodwill store often. That being said here is the bad news: Be prepared to crawl and squirm from the dirt that is present on the floor. Most of the Goodwill stores I have frequented at least run a sweeper or push a broom around in an attempt to clean but this one had the appearance of never been swept or cleaned by the amount of gum and dirt ground into the carpet. Let's face the facts, at least one sweeper or broom has probably been donated and no one has used it. The shelves are overloaded with goods and I probably could have found a bargain but I could not stay long enough. I would recommend a thorough washing for anything bought from this store before you put it in the car. read more
