They were friendly courteous and worked very diligently ensuring there would be enough room for us to pull our cars out with room to spare. Their charge for the work was $20 but we paid $30 for how well they conducted themselves. This is the type of service that should be raved about on review sites and while it did not directly involve a CVS transaction, it has convinced me to provide CVS business. My belief is that if the employees of any business go out of their way to provide good service, that business as well as it's employees should be adequately rewarded with repeat customers.

When I entered my name into the computer system, which leads a great deal to be desired, I was notified by the technician from the other side of the pharmacy that there was nothing for me and when challenged that I was sent a text she instructed me to go to the other desk like I was a major inconvenience to her and then told begrudgingly that it was not there and would take several hours to fill. I left without my prescriptions or my purchases. When returning home I was again notified that the prescriptions were ready at the same cvs I had just left 10 minutes prior. Phoned my prescribing physician and moved my medication needs to Walgreens.

The manager was nearby, so I asked him to help me with the process - he said "you do it yourself from your phone" and walked away, in the middle of me trying to ask where even to start on their website. By the way, the store was dead slow, only couple people walking around. But I guess it's too much trouble to assist the customer or let them finish the sentence. The hospital advised us they would call it in. Before i was discharged, we called to check on the time and were told it was all ready for us! No hassel , they had all my info already from the hospital so I did not have to go through all of the form filling ! Love this Pharmacy !
