I knew that when I went to purchase it, but a nice heads up is always welcomed. You can't fill the bottles on your own, but they will fill them and place the labels on for you. It's better that way, because this way the labels will be straight.

The staff were incredibly helpful and suggested a few that I might like. When we tried the smoke though, I was amazed by the flavor. I didn't know what to do with it, but I wanted to buy it. (I've since used it in a cocktail, but still haven't cooked with it...). We bought a few items and spoke to the staff about our town.
