My fav was the whitecap. Nice and smooth. Grabbed an old fashion after our tasting made with it. Very nice. Meredith was awesome. By far the friendliest Jersian we met on our trip. Really fun place with really nice people.

I had hoped for a history lesson, some explanation of their process and how the various liquors are sourced and prepared. Just menus and explanation of the two available tasting flights. Husband chose #2 with whiskeys, bourbons and rums. I chose #1 with vodka, rum and gin selections. I will say his Whitecap old fashioned taster was pretty yummy. I really did like tasting the chocolate and espresso vodka, a mini martini in a thimble! And the Rusted Revolver gin was so floral, the botanicals were like nothing I have tasted before! But when it came time to order a full drink, I didn't want a standard martini. I chose the lemon meringue fizz, with more of that fabulous gin, lemon curd and lemon juice in a frothy concoction. It was divine! Spouse chose a dirty soda, the Dr. Pitney with Dr Pepper, cherry, cream and whiskey. It packed a punch and didn't taste boozy. Whipped cream and a Bordeaux cherry on top! Yum! Not a bargain, but a worthy experience. Husband had to buy a tee shirt, I loved this one and he gets tons of compliments on it. But truth be told it was the only 2xl available, so that the one we bought! A great souvenir! On my way out, I snagged photos of the patio, signage and herb garden. They have a sense of humor here!

There's parking on the side, as well as on street parking. They have a terrific outdoor area where great attention was given to making it a cool environment and comfortable to sit in. There's also an indoor area with plenary of seating, and a bar. Service was absolutely fantastic. Shoutout to Shannon behind the bar where we sat. Very comfortable bar and super friendly atmosphere. Shannon was lovely and you can tell that she really likes her job. This must be a great place to work. The drink menu is amazing and very creative as far as cocktails. Think elevated drinks and they all feature their in house spirits. Super tasty drinks. We had the whiskey margarita - highly recommend, a Manhattan (delicious), a Lemon Drop Martini (fantastic), and their special drinks from Kelly who won the bartender contest with her great flavor profiles! Part of the proceeds went to Delaware Child Abuse Foundation. Not only tasty, but also for a special cause. There is a taco truck out back that you can order from. Great food there too! All around an amazing place! Well worth going out of your way! Would come again. They even sell their own spirits, as well as merch. Get here and spread the word! Super delicious and great vibes!

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! I made the reservation last week for my husband and I…read moreto take the 11am tour today (5/29/26). While making the reservation I secretly noted that it was husband's birthday weekend. The tour was $15 a person all well worth it! We arrived a few minutes before the tour started and we're greeted by Jeff. From our first meeting through the end of the tour he was AMAZING. He acknowledged my husband's birthday and even had a little birthday cake emoji printed next to his name on his "employee punch card". Through small talk we learned we had a ton in common. He was VERY knowledgeable while giving the tour and had answers to all of our questions and about most of the antiques on the property. The tasting at the end takes place in a speakeasy where you actually have to call on a phone booth phone and obtain the code to get in the secret doors. It was so funny and cool. The other guy working who answered the phone and talked to us before the tour was Richie. He was great too! There was only one other couple signed up for our tour time so it wasn't over crowded even though they max out tours at 16 persons. I was pleasantly surprised how detailed the tour was and how full of memorabilia and antiques the distillery was. A ton of thought and love went into building it. There is no way you won't love it! We were provided some unexpected souvenirs throughout the tour such as the employee punch card, a personalized "prescription" and a sticker. Jeff also offered to take a picture of each couple in the speakeasy. Overall I have told so many friends and other people we have encountered about it. I will continue to spread the word and highly recommend you go for a tour! Having gone on a ton of other brewery and distillery tours throughout the country and world, my husband and I agree this one is near the top! Thanks again, Jeff!
