My wife and I entered, trying a few olive oils on our own. When we got to the balsamic vinegars, we needed assistance for our samples. The staff were incredibly helpful and suggested a few that I might like. When we tried the smoke though, I was amazed by the flavor. I didn't know what to do with it, but I wanted to buy it. (I've since used it in a cocktail, but still haven't cooked with it...). We bought a few items and spoke to the staff about our town. There is adequate shade during the sunny summers. I started off with two Mai Tai martinis ($14 each), which were delightfully tropical and well-balanced. They are crafted with Parrot Bay rum, Goslings rum, Giffard Orgeat, along with fresh lime and pineapple juice. For my meal, I had the daily special: a tuna melt sandwich served with lettuce, tomato, and a side bag of sea salt kettle-cooked potato chips, all of which I thoroughly enjoyed. We both agreed that we will definitely be back for lunch in the garden whenever the weather permits.

I found a few flavors I wanted, but the new owner was fantastic in recommending some other ones I haven't tried. I even went with one of them. My problem with these are that I don't want to use them up, because it will take a while for me to get back to this location. So many great varieties and no pressure sales. Amazing quality and I appreciate being told that the truffle oil was going to be somewhat pricey, even though the bottle was smaller. I knew that when I went to purchase it, but a nice heads up is always welcomed. You can't fill the bottles on your own, but they will fill them and place the labels on for you. It's better that way, because this way the labels will be straight.
