The manager was so rude and would not honor our 20% coupon and offered us a $15 off $65 or more instead. They were out of most of the Animitronics and had zero unopened ones of most in the store. They would not sell us the display at a discount and he said that he could not call more than one store to check to see if they had them. The phone number on the site is corporate and they are not helpful. If you don't live nearby, don't waste the trip. It was not only less than we expected, it was terrible. Our local store when it opened was about the same size and had more stuff.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! I have never left the Mays Landing store without being charging twice for the…read moresame item, by the same 2 cashiers (Diane and Christine!). I'm beginning to think this is an intentional practice on their part. Today in the Mays Landing store, Diane managed to charge me twice for the same item as she does each and every time I'm in that store, which is not very often (2 to 3x a year). It is 85 degrees outside and ZERO A/C. In fact, another employee while waiting in the long line told me it has been months since their HVAC has worked. Speaking of long lines, there were at least 6 employees in the back of the store, and ONE register open. Why does this always happen? Where is this store manager? Do they actually have one? They are closing the Cherry Hill and Mt. Laurel stores. Time to do the same in Mays Landing. This store is a wreck as though no one ever bothers to straighten it up, and the register clerks just cannot seem to do their job right!
