There's a wonderful older woman at the closest checkout counter.Extremely kind noticed I was wearing a cross.Necklace and talked about jesus with me for about 3 to 4 minutes.It was pretty epic . Then, she saw that I was picking up an extra bible for a friend.Very welcoming atmosphere.I highly recommend this business big time!!! It's nice when employees of a store.Talk to customers like human beings.The world needs more of that. She's an older lady extremely kind.I'm assuming a christian as well.She was super super nice!!! And she recognizes me every time I come in there.Now, like she doesn't forget a face that's so awesome!!! She's always saying praise the lord praise the lord whenever we talk about jesus or I get anything bible related and bring it to the front check out . I came and conquered and walked out with three items I needed at greatly discounted prices but .... No business can get more than two stars when their customer service representative (aka cashier/clerk) is so concerned with a phone call that is clearly aggravating her that she snarls at customers. It actually got worse while waiting on the customer before me (Ok, she did not wait on this nice older lady all she did was scan for prices with NO customer interaction.) she actually pulled the phone off the counter (I know you thought cell phone before but nooooo this is Ollies and the phone was an oldie wired to the cash register area.) but kept on talking picking up the phone and never even considering a polite "excuse me" to the nice lady who was making a purchase. Frankly I almost sensed sharpened fangs when she glared at me. I wanted out! A young man who helped bag seemed to understand that this cashier was close to being possessed with anything but a spirit of customer service. So, yes you can find bargains but be prepared to suffer at the register .... Bye bye OLLIES!!! Great job training your people & an even better job supervising them. I'm reluctant to give even 1 star. The only nice person that was there Saturday was the rejected "Walmart greeter". Was told an isle was closed. Worker was slamming and kicking items in the isle. At check out 1 line open. Aleia who may have been a work who was in charge of the store. My wife and I left the store. After looking at the receipt we noticed an extra charge of an item we didn't buy. After returning to the store. Trying to explain the problem to Aliea. Aliea told me I would have to wait while they checked the surveillance camera. I explained that I was just there within the past 10 min. Aliea went on to explain that she didn't know when the item was purchased. Aliea then have another worker come to my car and check every sticker on the items in the bags. Aliea reluctantly tried giving me a refund for an item I never got on an Ollie's card. I told Aliea she needed to put this money back on my card and not on an Ollie's card. Aleia shouldn't be allowed to be in charge of a Christmas tree dump site. read more

The woman behind the register was so nice and helpful. she was pleasant to talk to and quick. she even recommended a product to my teenage daughter.
